Have to admit, seen some of their work and looks good. Initial consult with one of the family member (son) was unfortunately, very condescending and rushed. Not sure why.
Had recommended them to a neighbor (prior to this unpleasant exchange), and they felt slighted as well.
Furthermore, very delayed follow up with estimates with my neighbor; no follow up with us yet, its been 3 weeks. Reason: many big jobs currently. But no communications on their part to update us.
Oh well, in this competitive (and esp financially tight) market with many great custom cabinet installers out there, this attitude and unprofessionalism we can do without! Thank God their true colors showed BEFORE work began.
