We've been regularly boarding our dog here for more than 4 years and have consistently been extremely pleased with the experience. Our dog tends to get over-excited but the staff at Best Friends handle her very well (and always seem genuinely glad to see her). The small additional touches (e.g., report card at the end of the visit, emailed photos of the dog during the visit) are also nice.

My dog is not the most friendliest in the world but this boarding facility tried their best to keep her happy. Every run is very big and has access to the outside so on nice days, the dogs get fresh air. I did not use the grooming services, but I did get the extra "cuddle" time. They tried their best to cuddle my pup but she wouldn't budge. The facility is very clean and the staff is nice and caring. Rest assured, you can go on that vacation and feel comfortable leaving your pets here.
My dogs have boarded there and have been doggy-day-cared there. They love the staff and never even look bacik when I drop them off. They start getting excited when we're driving with 3 miles of their second home. If we pass by to go for a long run somewhere else, the dogs are somewhat disappointed. I am a little jealous of the affection the staff inspired in little Gus and Kate, but I cannot begrudge them an excellent review.
One morning Gus cut his paw on our morning walk and I did not notice it at all. I brought him in for day care and the staff noticed it and took him to the vet so that I did not miss any work.
Pros: Caring, Professional, Will take dog to vet
Cons: Not open for pickup before Sunday at 3pm
