Salon Visage

I have been going to Salon Visage for a number of years. I had a very, very poor experience there today and I do not think I will be going back. Their customer service and attitudes need a major adjustment.

One of the BEST salons in NJ. Its busy but its GREATTTTTTTT!!!!
Talented staff with NJ prices They do the best color in the area and the total work that comes out of the door is NYC quality.

I used to go there for years. I moved away for a while, and moved back. So I wanted to get my color and cut done by Sharon and they called me the day before my appointment to tell me that She needs to charge me as a new client b/c she hasn't seen me in a while. The secretary's told me that She was the only hairstylist that does this. Of course she denies this. What was I suppose to do last minute. It's not worth the price, I think you pay for the pretty salon.

i have been to salon visage once because a friend of mine had told me they were good but once i got there i couldnt have disagreed more.. there stay was nasty!!! very snobby and cocky for the little talent they have. i went for color and a cut and left very upset because the color wasnt what i wanted and the cut was just horrible. when i told the stylist i wasnt happy they automatically started with an attitude.. i would NEVERRRRRRR recommend salon visage to anyone1

Most members of the staff at this salon have a definite attitude problem. They are overly impressed with themselves, which is odd since their work is mediocre at best. Although the salon is convenient to where I live, I am now happily going elsewhere.

Very trendy salon. When I went, I was not happy with my style. I felt that I could have done a better job with it. They complained that my hair was too thick. It was so expensive! I feel that there are better hair salons in the area. The staff was not that friendly and were way too cocky for the little talent they have.

The staff at visage is horrible!!!! Starting from the receptionist.... The assistants are trashy and very ghetto. They act and speak as if they are in the streets. I went to John in the beginning of the summer and he was ok. Without his assistant Sophie he really wasnt on things. She actually made me feel at home and gave me her honest opinion. Mostly all the stylist are umprofessional!! Horrible and i dont recommand

This salon is awesome! Bobby is the king of color! Seriously..if you are looking for color or highlights..this is the place to go! Prices are competitive for NJ (certainly much lower than NYC!). At times, there is a wait, however it is worth it!!!

There are some stylists that make you wait a bit too long, however find the right stylist and you'll be set. The decor is a little bland, but I hear that they will be changing things soon so I hope that one of the things they change is the decor. They do a wonderful job styling your hair, but I do think that th price is a little high. But if you want your hair to look good sometimes you have to pay for it.

Have always had a good experience here, never been disappointed with the cut or color. Some of the staff can act a little high and mighty, but for the most part the place is pretty friendly.
