This cool place is set on a deck right on the delaware river thats only open in the summer.I went to this restaurant last summer on a thursday night and I was happy to find they had a live band playing island music. I had a chicken dinner that was topped with spinach and cheese that was really good. The portions where large and it came with a dinner salad or homemade soup. I Had a fantastic piece of chocolate cake for dessert--yum. I can't wait till they open up again this summer.

I was looking for a restaurant where I could eat outside and see the water without driving to the shore. little did i know there was one right in my area!! The food was great I had a crabcake sandwich and a beer. The prices I thought where right on for the place and the service was good. the whole place is outside and a little hard to find so get directions because its tucked back inside a marina. very fun !

Nice view and great deck...but that is about the only thing going for this place. If you are looking for a quality meal don't go here. This restaurant don't know what it is....it tries to be fine dining in one section and bar food in the other. In my opinion they fail at both badly. Service was rude at best which is a real suprise as you would think that management would be there to assure good service. Don't get me wrong, this place under the right management would be a gold mine, but the current owner doesn't know what they are doing. If you keep your expectations reasonable thinking that this is a place to sit and have a drink in the sun then you will be okay. Its almost that the current owners have money problems as they don't want to improve the place into what could be a great destination spot.

Who closes a restaurant in a marina between 4 and 5 in the afternoon? This place is lucky it has water - it's the only reason it survives. Nothing they do here seems to make sense. Prices are way to high for ok food, the whole staff is rude and the seats are uncomfortable. Better off getting a hot dog at the place in the river!

Me and my little Misses went 2 Curtin's Wharf 4 dindin b4 our movie; however, there was a 40 minute wait. That was fine but why did the pink girls walk past us for 30 minutes and never asked if we wanted anything? I couldn't believe it. They served every1 but us. I asked the guy if he could see me and he said yes. So, I went 2 the front 2 make my point and THEY looked at me like I was invisible too. I know I'm dark but it was daylight...WTFrk? Will I go back? Maybe, but with a plan. I'm giving it a 1 star b/c the first time I went, I was with friends at the bar and the service was just ok as we only ate overpriced appetizers. Mgt., if you're reading this, you must do better! My money is green too.

The only positive aspect of this place is the view. Especially around sunset, it's beautiful.

That being said, the service, the food and just about everything about this place makes it one of the worst places I've dined.

To begin with, we arrived with a group of 15. Despite one website suggesting that they take reservations, they do not. In fact, the old woman who appeared to be a manager had no desire to deal with us. Despite it being for a friend's birthday, she split the group up, not even seating us at tables close to each other. Mind you , close tables were empty and one large group of tables that could have accommodated us were left bare most of the time. The one group that was sat there could have easily been sat at one of the other, constantly empty tables. The manager basically said that she didn't want to make an inconvenience on the establishment for our party.

They were out of one of the beers we ordered, which might be a minor error if not taken as part of the big picture. Our server was below average, once even reaching over two people to put food down, instead of moving around the table. Her service essentially mirrored the managers attitude.

The food was barely on par with what one might expect from Red Lobster. It most certainly wasn't worth the price we paid. Additionally, when the average dish sits around $20, I'd expect a nicer setup than a box of paper napkins on the table.

There are much better places to go if you want seafood. If you'd like the atmosphere, spend an hour and head to the jersey shore, there's more to do after dinner anyway. If you only want atmosphere and beer, this place might be ok for your needs, but I wouldn't risk it.

This is one of those local places that people will drive miles to go to. During the day they have a great bar and good food, and at night it's a fun place to be. Fridays and Saturdays they usually have a live DJ and an open deck so you can dance, drink, eat and if your lucky still be close to home.

They also have a dock where you can park your boat if you decided to drive your boat over!

This place is great! They have two different menus, one for lunch and one for dinner. The lunch one is more of a bar scene kind of food and the dinner is a little pricier and the food is a little more fancy. Overall everything is great though. It's a great place when the weather is nice because for the most part is all outside. There is a roof over parts of it but it's still all outside. I would definitely recommend it as a Friday night meet up place after work.

Went to the Wharf on a Saturday night and it was a lot of fun. Great DJ, drinks weren't expensive, nice atmosphere. Reminded me of Kat-Man-Du without the large crowds. Had a blast!
