At a time of coping and grieving a family death, Michael (Director) was great. From beginning to end, nothing but understanding, class, service and old school mentality.
Compared to 5 other funeral homes in the area, Day funeral home was our decision. After all was said and done, we were very happy with the service they provided.

Day Funeral home across from St. Josephs Church is top notch. They were recommended to my family. We had visited another funeral home prior to going to them and there was no comparison. They have two separate buildings as to make you comfortable during the initial meeting and you are not faced with other families grieving. The funeral home is beautifully decorated and clean with the largest parking in the area by far. My father looked better than he had looked in fifteen years. These men are great. Caring, compassionate and professional. They went out of their way for us (we did hear that they are this way with everyone) that is why the whole area recommends their services. And as far as the prices we were not being nickle and dimmed like we were at the other funeral home. You get what you pay for and in this case when it is your family you only want the best. They also made it very clear they are a family owned funeral home one of only a couple in the area. Owning my own business locally makes this very important to my family.

This funeral parlor is by far the best in the area. It has a small town charm and all of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable in all areas. They have been around forever and give much support back to the local towns. Would never use another.

Day Funeral Home used to be really good back in the 90s when Mr. Day Sr was running the day to day operations. The last few years though, they have gone downhill. Very pushy and overbearing funeral directors. The customer service is lacking and nobody ever returns your calls. The place looks like its falling apart also. Would not recommend at all.
