I have been coming to Marzullo's for about 7 years, and I have never had one bad experience here. The food is always great, and the staff is friendly, pleasant, and accommodating.
I usually come here with my dad, and we are always greeted with a smile. The staff greets everyone with a friendly smile, and those who are leaving are always given a wave and a "thank you! have a good night!"
I have had most things on the menu, and there has only been one dish that I did not enjoy (my fault since I am not a big fan of mushrooms). They always have a variety of desserts, but the variety is ever changing as well. I always find something new I'd like to try, and my old favorites are great too.
The restaurant is clean, and they have a "Italian family" type feel that is essential to any good Italian restaurant. I honestly could recommend just about anything on the menu from their pastas, salads, and pizzas. They also have takeout food, including sandwiches and wraps. Their gelato is fantastic - I'd recommend the hazelnut! Their soups are even great. I drove here from half-an-hour away once to get their chicken noodle soup when I was sick with a terrible cold and fever.
Definitely come in and try Marzullo's! You'll see how great of a restaurant it is, and you'll leave not only full of great food but in a better mood because of the friendly, warm staff Marzullo's employs.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The staff is friendly from the get-go and you really feel as though you are in a "family style" restaurant. It's not compact and uncomfortable like some of Montclair restaurants. It is a BYOB and I would suggest a nice Pinot Grigio! For appetizers, we had the crabmeat stuffed mushrooms and the boy had prok tenderloins over fettucini in an excellent white wine and garlic sauce while I had the shrimp francaise. It was excellent. Also, they serve delicious pieces of bruschetta when you are seated, along with bread and butter. Staff is extremely courteous and they are flexible on the menu.

I love Mazullo's . They have been around for a while (over 20years!) I used to go there when they were a small Italian deli. They drew a big crowd then and a bigger crowd now. They have expanded to add a eating area and have esspresso and yummy desserts also. I love their sub sandwiches! Very big and on crusty Italian bread. Yum!! Family owned.

I have eaten at Marzullo Brothers a few times. The food is always great. they don't tell you on the menu but you can get different toppings on each side of the pizza. So if you want two different types of pizzas but don't want to take home tons of leftovers they can make each side different. My only problem is that every time I have been there the wait for food has been really long. And I have been there when the place has been empty and still waited a long time for a pizza and salad. That is really the only thing that holds me up from giving them a 5 rating.

Marzullo's has a great selection of delicious Italian foods. Everything I've tried there has been very good. Their prices are a little high in my opinion but they do have cheaper menu options such as specialty pizzas and panini sandwiches which are just as good as the fancier pasta dishes. My favorite item there is the soda - they take sparkling water and add flavored syrups. They have nearly every flavor you could think of. Their cakes and frozen desserts are also very good.
