This is not a review - this is a response to Linda F. I'm sorry to inform you, and anyone else reading this post, but your own agent failed you.
It was your agent's responsibility to be at the inspection, to obtain the inspection report and review it with you, and to be present with you for your final walk-thru prior to settlement.

I saw a house I liked from Tremont Realty.. I had my Real Estate person ( not from Tremont) show me the house.. I put a bid in and got the house.. I saw some things that needed to be fixed and I "thought " the Paulsboro inspector would find things. When my realtor asked the Tremont Realtor Sue Caltabiano for a copy of the Paulsboro Inspectors list she didn't give it to her.My realtor had the list of things I found that needed to be fixed and gave them to Sue.. Sue said they would be fixed by seattlement...Well seattlement day Sue said she was there that morning and that they were fixed.... well Sue LIED.. the things werent' done.. A few days later I went to the Paulsboro Municipal building and got the inspectors report and he only did a drive by.. thats why Sue wouldnt give us the paper...he only had a few things on the outside of the house,and not even all the outside things.... so he was never inside and Sue knew that.... so thanks to Sue Caltabiano I have to have the repairs done...

In the past, when I have had concerns or questions about real estate issues, I have called the realtors at Tremont Realty, and have always gotten nice treatment from them. They also have a wonderful website listing all of the local listings up for sale, many with good pictures of the insides of the homes. When I've bought and sold houses in the past, they were always very helpful to me.
