On Sep 21, 2012, my husband and I went to the 6:50 pm showing of "Hope Springs" featuring Maryland Steep and Tommy Lee Jones. It is important to note that we were in threatre #9. We sat about about five or six rows from the back of the theater, so we were near the top of the stairs. The second the movie started, we noticed a flickering light coming from the projection room shining on the backs of the seats in front of us down to about the middle row of the theater. The effect was similar to what it looks like when someone uses a mirror to redirect a light source and move the mirror up and down. At first we thought it was part of the movie. But when I looked at the projection room window, I saw a black rod about the size of a broomstick that had a small light coming from it. The rod was waving back and forth as if a breeze or a vibration made it move. I asked the ticket taker 2 times to send a projectionist, but no one came. 15 minutes passed when my husband complained of the distracting slight. A women with a gold badge came in but she would not go to the top of the stairs to observe the flickering light on the backs of the seats. She told me to move to a lower row, but I said I can't see well too close to the screen. I went to the front desk to ask for a manager. The woman with the gold badge told the ticker seller, "Give her a refund so she will leave!". She said this in a gruff voice enough for manager Mrs. Demarest to come over and listen to what I explained to several employees. Mrs. Demarest said she was sorry but made no indication that she would take a look at the problem herself. We were refunded our money and left. But my husband looked back and noticed that Mrs. Demarest was walking around slowly and was not at all walking in the direction of theater #9 to observe the problem we reported. He does not get agitated easily, but the lack of action and interest among all the employees with whom we talked was so evident that he went back inside the theater to ask Mrs. demarest why she was not interested in investigating the problem. She claimed there was a problem at the candy counter that was more important at that time. In the meantime, we knew the problem persisted, and we assumed that eventually the couple who came in about ten minutes after us and sat at the very top (back) of the theater (a few rows behind were we sat) would be bound to say something. The bottom line is management should check out that rod in the projection room and find out what it is and why it was moving causing a light to eminate from it bouncing off the backs of the upper rows of seats. Your employees have ruined the oppoetunity to have a much-needed time of relaxation this Friday evening. This incident highlightsa gross lack of work ethic and initiatiative to maintain customer interest in your theater. No one smiled, especially the lady with the gold badge who scouled at me and told the cashier to give back my money so that I "will leave." Those were her words, and indeed I left. Isigned my name "Andrea" with my last name on a refund card so you can locate me if you choose to to talk about this awful experience. Andrea

Multiplex Cinemas has the lowest movie ticket prices in the area! It's great for teens and college kids! The theater is very clean, the workers are very friendly, and the wait is never too bad.

Good place to go if you have free time and just want to hang out with friends. It has a huge parking lot so even if they theatre is crowded you still have a god chance of finding a parking spot. The food is okay, it's just normal movie theatre food. I love going to the Multiplex Cinema for two main reasons. First, the prices are cheap on Tuesdays. Second, they play foreign films:)

I love the multiplex in mercer county.. east windsor, new jersey. It is great! Tuesday nights are cheaper movie nights. You get a mixed crowd - sometimes a lot of teens hanging out and other times a lot of senior citizens... not so much of anyone in between though! I love it there!

The theater itself is not so great but on Tuesdays, they have a special for $4 bucks for a movie in the evening, even new movies! The food is so-so, just normal movie house food. The theater looks a little old but for the price, you won't even notice it! They's located conveniently beside shoprite. Parking is huge.
