My wife and I were very disappointed with Atrium Pediatrics in Marlton, NJ. At our first appt, our newborn son's belly button looked a little red and had some mild drainage. Our dr had to call in another associate to diagnose the issue b/c she wasn't comfortable looking at it and knowing what was wrong. I have no issue with a second opinion but this was fairly routine and simple and made me lose confidence in that Dr. She also did not directly answer any of our questions, was very wishy-washy. We were willing to look past this and schedule with another doctor, until our newborn starting having respiratory difficulty and they could not fit us in that day. Difficulty breathing is a medical emergency no matter how you slice it, and if they can't take the time to see a case like that the same day, there is certainly no hope of getting an emergency fit-in appt when the kid gets diarrhea/vomitting/etc. To top it all off, they are charging us $10 for a copy of his record to go elsewhere (the whole 1 visit...lots of work there).

Well, the doctors are fabulous, however the nurses are rather chatty. They are nice, but to talkative. But I definitely recommend them! They spend time and care about you.

The office is very clean. The staff is excellent. If emergency, more than willing to fit you in. Pediatricians there truly care about their patients. I'd highly recommend

This office is an example of the RAPID decline in the medical profession. Rude, impersonal, and they do not follow their own procedures. Get your kids out before it's too late and they put you through the trauma they put us through.

They told us our childs head grew too much since the last visit. Turns out, after a trip to the ER and all of the heartache, they mis-measured his head and sent us to the hospital for nothing. They admitted the nurse should have done 3 measurements and gone with the middle one. They sent us directly to the ER telling us he had fluid on his brain. Hours later, and alot of stress and my husband had the ER remeasure his head, we discovered they were 1.5 inches off. They didn't so much as apologize! We contemplated changing pediatrician for several weeks, and decided to switch... They 1st said they wanted to charge for the records, and after my husband talked to Terese, she said it was no problem, then MINUTES later, they call and say they're charging for 3/4 of our kids records and now all of the sudden (weeks later) they're concerned that is head is now too small!!

There are MUCH BETTER pediatricians in the area... you need only look a little.

I LOVE Atrium Pediatrics. I have never had a bad experience with any of the doctors, nurses or staff. Both my girls have had some medical issues, so I have seen a lot of them. I have never felt rushed by any of the doctors. My girls' Pediatrician there has ALWAYS gone above and beyond. If she doesn't know an answer to a question, she has ALWAYS researched it and found out for me. I fell 110% comfortable with the care they receive and with how they are treated.

I highly recommend.

I like Atrium Pediatrics since their office is nearby shopping, has ample parking, and is convenient. Their hours are great[ unlike other doctors], especially when you need have an emergency. But, I wouldn't recommend Atrium Pediatrics because of the way their doctors treat you. The pediatricians are impersonal; sometimes it even takes them a while to figure out your child's name. And, they spend very little time examining your child. (A doctor spent only 5 minutes on my child's physical!) You wait for a lot more time than the doctor spends with you. The charges from this office are ridiculously high. They have charged about $150 just for a checkup! The saving grace of this practice is its location. Otherwise I never would even come here.
Luckily, the doctors, who specialize in pediatrics, are competent. I have never had a bad experience with the quality of the doctors' diagnosis here.
