Last week I purchased a Sky convertible. Perhaps it's a bit bizarre for a
72-year old woman with a handicapped parking sticker to purchase such a car,
but it was just what I wanted, and I am happy with it.
I could not have been given better service. Doug Howard was very
knowledgeable about the working of the car and explained everything to me.
He's very patient and made me feel at ease with the car. In fact, it was a
pleasant experience all around. I would recommend you to anyone.
And -- my thanks to Kyle for explaining the business end to me. Not my
favorite thing but he made it enjoyable.

On Saturday June 13, 2009 my husband and I purchased a 2006 Ford Fusion, for my son. Mike Wistreich was our salesman. Mike was very professional, yet made us feel as if we have always known him. Don is not only a terrific salesman, but he is a super nice person. He made purchasing our new vehicle a very pleasurable experience. Please allow me to express my appreciation for courteous,professional,and respect for the customer, that I had recently experienced at Tom's River Saturn.
I had been there on many occasions previously,and frankly was not impressed.
Don Maute,Kyle Berkerly,Brian Hill and the rest of The Saturn Team,changed my mind completely!
These guys were more concerned with meeting my needs(AND SELLING CARS!) than playing games! It's the 1st time that I had ever driven out of a dealership happy and satisfied!
Don consistantly showed more professionalism than pressure thruout the deal. Great Guy!
I wish Saturn of T.R. all the luck through these tough sales times! They deserve it!

Thank you for making the purchase of my wife's new Saturn Sky such a pleasure. The transaction was handled professionally without the high pressure sales tactics usually associated with buying a new car. The staff at Tom River Saturn was very accommodating. On delivery Mr. Mike Wistreich took the time to explain all the workings of the car in detail.The fact that Mr. Kyle Berkeley came to my house on a Sunday morning to accommodate my wife's inability to make it to your dealership is commendable.Oh yea, and she loves the car.

I Recently came in to purchase a 2006 Hummer H3. When I walked in, I was immediately approached by Doug Howard. He asked me how I was doing and if I wanted to look at anything. He put no pressure on me at all. I told him what I was interested in and within minutes he had the keys and the plate and said lets go for a test drive. During the drive, he wasn't trying to put on his sales pitch, he was just being a nice guy and told me about the truck I was driving. When we went back to the dealership, we sat down and we wrote down all the information before he went and got Kyle. Kyle came out and introduced himself and told me he needed about 15 minutes to see where we w ere at what he could do for me. Just like Kyle said, he came out in 15 minutes to call me into his office. This is usually the part I hate about buying a vehicle but Kyle made it so simple. He actually turned the computer screen to me so there was nothing hidden and said here is the screen and these are all the numbers. At this point, Brian Hill walked in to introduce himself. I told Kyle and Brian exactly what I wanted to pay and we worked with each other. In the mean time he was very personable and we talked about things other than cars and what not. That makes you feel much more comfortable when you can talk to someone like that. After talking, Brian gave me more money for my trade in and Kyle also worked with him to lower the price of the Hummer so it would fit my budget. After we agreed and signed all the papers, I went back out to Doug and he was already taking care of my insurance so I didn't have to waste more time. All in all, I've purchased 3 cars in my lifetime and this was by far the easiest experience I have ever had. I suggest to anyone looking to purchase a car to go to Toms River Saturn to see these gentlemen because it was a fantastic experience.

Go to Saturn Toms River and ask for Bill Murray - a salesman who cares about the buyer. No haggle;he'll find the car you want and will personally follow through after the sale. Kyle Berkeley is the no-nonsense seal the deal fellow who shows you in simple language on the computer the best way to finance.
Honest and friendly and the Saturn Aura is the luxury car at an affordable price.
