The market on Rt 17 Ramsey Farms is a good store, but not the actual Ramsey Farmers Market which will launch its
first season on Sundays from 9-2 at the historic train station on Main St, Ramsey starting June 13 and running weekly through October 31st. Come support your local farms who will be bringing organic and non-organic seasonal farm products, artisan breads, cheese, and much more. Check it out in June2010

Not all that great. When it first opened the prices were very competitive. Now it's like any other korean market. They have a lot to offer, but I don't think it's the cleanest place. The prices for fish is more then anywhere, and I prefer my local fish market. Their fruits and veggies are plentiful but not organic and way more then the supermarket prices, for the same quality. I got their for certain asian ingredients but I prefer the asian market in Ridgewood. For fruits and veggies Steve's market is way better and 2 minutes away.

Ramsey Farm is a welcome addition to Ramsey. Where as there used to be a lot of local farm stands in the area, today we have car dealers, pizza parlors and nail salons. Ramsey Farm has wonderful fresh fruits and vegetables year round. They also have the freshest fish around. It is nice to be able to buy such fresh produce so close to home.

Living in a congested area of New Jersey leaves me to wonder if its all made up of highways, and everything I see from the highway is a big, brand-named store. My opinion changed when I happened to chance upon a small store at the Ramsey Square Shopping Center on Rt.17 that sold fresh food.

Ramsey Farm is a delight as it takes me back to my hometown in British Columbia, Canada where I could always purchase the freshest fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, and even flowers. The Asian owners who manage this store always make sure everything is of top quality. I enjoy how I am able to find some select Asian goods that can't be found in a big chain supermarket.

The prices are very reasonable, sometimes even cheaper than a regular supermarket. The selection of fish is incredible, all ready for you to take home and prepare right away. On top of that, they also have a sushi bar for people to take home something quick to eat or will cater if you have a big party.

I'm glad Ramsey Farm is in New Jersey to take away from the fast-paced lifestyle, at least for a few minutes.

PROS: Freshest food around, great prices
CONS: none
