The only thing that separates this location from other Boston markets we've been to is the speeding traffic that comes up and down Hackensack Ave. I highly recommend NOT trying to make a left out of the parking lot unless you are expert at punching the gas pedal and playing the openings in traffic tight and fast.

As for the restaurant, the food is engineered to be exactly as any other BM franchise. Most staff in these places make an attempt to be as pleasant as necessary to speed you along in your order. Somebody in corporate got a promotion or bonus for dreaming up that when a side is being re-stocked, they must announce it to get the customer's attention. Perhaps they dropped that little move due to how ridiculous it is.

My favorites are the chicken pot pie and the half chicken that is all white meat. The beef brisket is not bad either. I often had that in a sandwich for lunch. The sides standout as the best you can get in a fast food environment, but I wish the yams were not whipped to a goop consistency, and the spinach is either creamed or garlic laced. Seating is plentiful, but it can get crowded in waves. No drive thru lane ( nearest drive thru is in Clifton NJ) and actually, this style of cuisine is better suited to going up to the counter, taking in the array of items. The look of the stuffing or creamed spinach batch to batch might sway you one way or the other.

Update, Sept 2013
A few things about the corporate BM, and this particular franchise. Boston market has decided to make ribs a permanent addition to it's menu. The individual meal is increased when you order the ribs over the chicken, and you can get a combo meal if you want to spend as much as an Applebees entree.

One last aspect, again probably a BM standard. They print out on your receipt that you can get an individual meal FREE if you buy an individual meal AND a drink, which gooses you for about two more bucks.Still, with meals like this rib/chicken combo at 12-13 bucks, it can save a nice amount and feed a family of four easily! Here's the catch: You must redeem it on the next Saturday coming, and you cannot get that offer if you initially buy on a Saturday! WTF? I can see if you are redeeming the coupon, they don't want to give you another, but buying even with no coupon on a Saturday will NOT get you that deal for the next Saturday. I can only assume that is because the mission is to increase their slow Saturday traffic, and if you are ALREADY there on Saturday, their work is done. Still, check your receipt, there's usually some kind of discount deal if you make sure you return within the time frame like a good little lemming. There is also a common BM coupon that knocks 4 bucks off a 20 dollar purchase. Keep them in your wallet or car visor - they do not let you slide without that coupon!
