Called for apt,was scheduled today. i took off of work since they were supposed to show up between 8-noon. im still waiting,its 330pm ...no call from company to reschedule or explanation for NO SHOW. Waste of day.

Bill Leary Air Conditioning & Heating works very hard to make sure our customers get the most out of warranties on equipment they have purchased. However, there are a few things that the manufacturers may not cover regarding warranties.

Bill Leary Air Conditioning & Heating works very hard to make sure our customers get the most out of warranties on equipment they have purchased. However, there are a few things that the manufacturers may not cover regarding warranties.
If a system is not properly maintained and a dirty filter causes a malfunction, it is very likely that parts will not be covered under warranty. In addition, if an unlicensed technician or person is brought in by the customer to cut corners and performs work that compromises or damages the system, it is almost certain any work done or parts used to remedy the situation will not be covered.

We realize the stress a customer feels when presented with the obligation of paying for something they believed to be under warranty. We would like nothing more than to have our customers systems covered under warranty eternally and under any and all circumstances. It??s just not realistic for the manufacturer to offer that. It is also not realistic to expect a business to service a system that is not under warranty for free. Please know that we check and double check to see if there is anyway for our customers to take advantage of warranty benefits. 100% Customer Satisfaction is our goal.

They charged $500 to replace a $40 part in 5 minutes. This same part failed a year ago as well, so I now paid $1000 for $80 dollars worth in parts. They first claimed it was going to be a warranty repair, in the end it was not.
Customer service doesn't exist, they don't even reply to emails. "Satisfaction guaranteed" means their satisfaction, not yours.
Unless you have a lot of money and don't mind giving it to them, I would take my business elsewhere.

My husband has been using Leary for years and has always had good things to say about them. I just started using them and I must say they are really great to work with. The first time I needed to work with them was for an emergency repair on a Saturday and I spoke with a technician within an hour of calling. We ended up not needed them but I was impressed with the technician's willingness to help on a dready and cold Saturday morning. The second time was to do maintenance work on my heating and ac. The technician arrived on time was very knowledgeable. He left me the receipts but unfortunately I lost them. I needed the receipts for a closing since I was selling my home. I called their number and spoke with the accounts receivable person who sent me a copy of the receipt within hours of my request. I was really impressed! I'm really happy with their service and will continue to use them.

The service guy mentioned that they quoted the same price for an older gentleman who misunderstood and thought it was $3 instead of $300.
Bill Leary takes advantage of women and old people. Learn from my mistakes. Do your research, get several quotes, and don't use Bill Leary.

They did all our A/C and heating for our house and they were great. Service was good, workers were friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. Their work was very good and its been 9 years and everything is still working great. Highly recommended.

My A/C was broken and I was 6 months pregnant with twins during a heat wave. They came right over. They explained what was wrong and since it had to do with work that was being done in the house, they suggested I talk to my contractors and they do it so that I don't have to pay them as well. When it broke again on a weekend, they came right out. I had them fix something and the price was right in the ballpark (asked a friend) and they don't try to rip you off. They are nice and explain things and it's just nice to have a reliable service company that you can trust!
