Experienced poor customer satisfaction. Salesmen were unprofessional by not getting back to my calls, by not show up on meetings, by not addressing my concerns, by avoiding a final inspection on the job. When you invest thousands of dollars in a landscaping job you want to make sure the job once done properly. I felt that the job was poorly done. There was no attention to details. I wanted to go through all these issues with the salesman but he didn't show up at the meeting. My fault I gave the check to one of the workers before meeting with the salesman. I suppose that's why he didn't bother to show up anymore. Would no recommend this company to anyone.
