Ed and Mary's Hall is a medium sized restaurant providing catering services with banquet facilities to our customers. We provide full service hosted party and event services, as well as on site food delivery with service. We pride ourselves in high level of service and attention to detail in every aspect of our operation. At the same time Ed and Mary's Hall provides service offerings and products which rival our competitors in numbers and value. We were just done attending a funeral and Ed and Marys was a nice relaxing atmosphere. The price was VERY reasonable for the group we had and the food was TERRIFIC!!! We were able to sit and relax and wind down after what was a tough day to start. seems like it would be a great place for a party of any kind...HIGHLY SUGGEST !!!!

Ed &Mary's Hall (right in the center of Perth Amboy) is by far the best!!! Great polish food, outstanding service and so reasonable. The atmosphere is delightful and pleasant .
I hold all of my family parties at the hall and I am always pleased. Starting with the food, ending with service well done.

A wonderful place to have a party if you are looking for a clean place with a home like atmosphere, food like your grandmother used to make and excellent service. This place is perfect for small (up to 100 people) parties of any kind.
They also provide all kinds of take out services, they cater unlimited buffets, simply trays and you can even buy some items like stuffed cabbage per dozen. My favorite thing I buy from Ed & Mary's are Hungarian Cookies. You can almost buy them in any bakery, but I guarantee that you can't buy ones as good as the one from this place anywhere. They're less expensive than most places too. But lets keep that a secret. :) We don't want Ed & Mary's to raise their prices. <wink> I order food for most of my holidays from Ed & Mary's. They make everything to order though, so make sure you order and in advance and early for holidays like Christmas.
I used their services at my house a couple of times and I will do it every time in the future. Let me tell you why. Have you ever had a party at your house when you are running around like crazy and have absolutely no time for your guests. I did until I found this place. I had my husband's birthday planned and decided to cater. I've known Ed & Mary's for years so I called them. When I ordered my food, they asked me if I would like service as well. I hesitated, but decided to try it after they told me it'll cost me a reasonable $25 per hour. Two gals showed up at my house and started setting up the food for my party. They even helped me with some of my preparations. I ordered some potato pancakes and pierogis for appetizer. These gals fried the pierogis and potato pancakes at my house. My guests couldn't get enough. They were absolutely scrumptious.
Then we had a buffet. I ordered some eggplant rollatini, chicken francese, flounder with crab meat, ribs and ceasar salad (my favorite, home made dressing I was told was the secret). Everything was absolutely delicious and the best part was I did not have to do anything. When they were done with serving the food, the gals from Ed and Mary's helped with cleaning up plates, glasses, drink service, and generally serving my guests. During the same time they somehow managed to clean everything (dishes and all) and leave my kitchen absolutely spotless. Throughout the evening they were pleasant, helpful and very efficient. They made me look good and I finally had time for my guests. I was pleasantly surprised. I knew the food and knew that I could not get better value anywhere else. Now their service exceeded by expectations as well. I've done it one more time since then and I will most certainly do it again.
I'll recommend this place with my eyes closed. Enjoy.
