Great store great pricing fabulous interior design help
by Emily s.
I have all good things to say. Everafter is a diamond in the rough. located in an industrial park ,the last thing you expect to find is high class furniture and design at warehouse prices. When a friend told me she furnished her entire house with an interior designer thru this furniture warehouse Everafter I had to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised at all the great prices on name brand stuff. I used to love domain But Everafter has way more style at better prices than domain ever did. The owners seem to be present at all times and I felt special shopping there. I got all the help I needed.

No clue how to run a business
by Anonymous N.
My husband and I received a $500 gift certificate to this ridiculously overpriced store. We purchased a decorative accent piece that was around $400. Five years later, I called and spoke to the owner's wife, who told me she would honor the certificate. Subsequently, we went to the store on a day that she was not there, and spoke to her husband. He barely looked up from whatever he was doing to listen to my explanation but I wasn't going to bother shopping if they wouldn't honor the gift certificate. At first, he all but laughed at me and said the certificate was expired. When I pointed out that there was no expiration date and that I had spoken to his wife, he said he'd call her in a few minutes to ask, but that "all gift certificates expire in 2 or 3 years." A few minutes later, while my husband and I looked around, he walked over and told us that he had called his wife and that they would not be honoring the certificate. I'm not an idiot, I know he didn't call her. What bad business this is. In this economy, you're willing to turn away a customer for a lousy $100? The way they overprice everything, they'd surely profit quite a bit. I told them they lost a customer, and that I would spread the word. If you're looking to decorate your home, this is not the place. You can find 99% of these pieces for much less money, and be treated with respect. I had a lot of money to spend that day. I was looking for a vanity sink and was willing to pay around 2 or 3k for it. Too bad I spent it somewhere else. If you do go there, you will be ripped off, and you'll be treated like cr*p in the process. This is one business that I'm not rooting for in this economy.
