at first i wasnt so crazy about the the teachers. I do think they should learn more english, how ever they can communicate with your child. for the most part the children look very happy. They updated their security and you have to type in a passcode to get inside of the school. which is good . they took severe safety precautions after the shooting in CT. sometimes int he morning youll see some crying because not all the kids have been in daycare. I get reduced childcare and i notice the problem is with the parents who recieve government assistance. They are rude to the staff and have no respect. Dont judge this place because of the parents who bring their kids to the school. The staff is excellent, you treat them with respect and you get the same in return, also they love the children like their own. Especially Ms Flora. Nice old school black lady , and Craig (white guy) hes the owner very sweet cares about all the kids and the parents. This place is a good place for your child. my child is 1 yrs old and shes content there. Only thing i would change about this place is majority of the staff speaks fluent spanish, they need to learn more english to communicate with the parents better. THE KIDS COME FIRST!

this school is a nightmare, there is no order or structure with the classroom. Only two of the teacher speak english and they are not license to teach. you can show your child at home how to color, cut and paste. The director is a female dog, always try to talk down to you .

Pros: location

Cons: the staff

I brought my son to Kidz Place for almost 3 years, from the time he was almost 3 until he was about to start kindergarten. I was very pleased with the level of care he received. Kidz Place is clean, bright, and well-run, and the teachers and caregivers really seem to enjoy what they are doing.

At one point, there seemed to be a high rate of staff turnover in the toddler rooms. However, it seems to have settled down now. I do know that many of the staff have been there for years.

In fact, I have my new baby in the infant room, and many of the same teachers are still at Kidz Place! The head teacher, Miriam, who is in the Pre-K room (the oldest kids) is really wonderful.

Joe and Craig, who are brothers, own the business and they are very responsive to the parents' concerns (and I know, because I'm not shy about speaking up!) It's unusual to have a day care center run by two (fairly) young guys, but it works.

No daycare is perfect, but Kidz Place is a friendly, safe and happy place where your child will be well cared for and have fun.
