My Dad had used them for his truck caps years ago so I thought I would give them a shot for a trailer hitch. I had an 8:00 am appointment and they showed up at 8:30. It was snowing but I was on time and they should have been too. I was called the day before to make the appointment and I had to explain to them that I had already made an appointment the day before. The girl asked me what day and time I had my appointment. She obviously had no record of it. They had told me it would take between an hour and an hour and a half. They finished at 11:00. I was planning on being done by 9:30 and getting some other things done but instead I walked around a small little showroom with no waiting area. To add insult to injury I had asked on the phone if the hitch came with a ball and was told yes. When I was asked by the installer if I had one I said "No, they said it comes with it". I questioned the young man in the showroom and he said "You talked to me and I told you we had them and they cost extra". That was a flat out lie and I told him so. I could tell the installation guys were very embarrassed and felt bad at the way I was treated. They had a trailer there which I was thinking about going back for but now I would never go back there even if they offered to give me the trailer. The bad?.everything except the installers. The good?.?

We went there for a basic trailer to haul garden waste to the dump, to replace an aging wood one we had bought there many years ago. We selected one we liked and the owner immediately tried to upsell us, offering a covered one that was way too big for our needs. The price he quoted for the one we selected was about 30% higher than a similar model located online including shipping. We said thank you and started walking back to our car and the guy started asking us why we were walking away and why we didn't negotiate.. my father just said he wasn't interested in negotiating and the owner kept following us to our car asking him to make an offer and kept aggressively telling us not to walk away. We ended up finding it more reasonable driving to PA to buy our trailer.
