      I called 3 other companies before I stumbled onto Chris with Alpine Refrigeration. One wouldn't answer the phone, one forwarded me to a tech who then told me they weren't taking new customers, and the other scheduled an appointment only to call back and say that they didn't have time to see my system! I called Alpine Refrigeration and not only did they answer the phone they showed up the same day, fixed the first half of the problem, and then came back the next day and finished a major replacement in a Thunder Storm! You cant find service like that anywhere. You are the man Chris and I will highly recommend anyone to you!

      The Best Service, Products, and People - My attic central heating/air conditioning unit failed after about 15 years of flawless service. I had a contract with PSE&G that I paid for every month for over a decade. When they came and saw the unit was in the attic, they told me they would not work on it. Of course, they did not refund my money. DO NOT BUY A CONTRACT FROM PSE&G since it is a total rip-off. Since PSE&G refused to do the work, I shopped around and kept hearing about Alpine. I called them on Tuesday, March 15, 2011, and was immediately treated like part of their family. They came, checked out the situation and went back to talk about it with their team. The owner then came and reviewed what they had learned and he suggested a few different approaches after asking me what was important to me. We selected the approach and they started the next day. By yesterday afternoon (March 17), the old unit was completely removed and replaced. The Alpine folks left their work area clean and neat. That night, we needed heat. It worked like a charm. Today, we are all surprised with a 79 degree day. The A/C came on and worked better than the old one ever did. The Alpine team, the equipment, and their professional service have totally blown me away. They have far exceeded my wildest expectations. You cannot go wrong with Alpine, especially if you listen to their advice and do what they suggest.

      My wife and I recently had many estimates for new systems A.j Perri, Gold Medal, Artic Air, Sears out to our house . Steve the estimator from Alpine was by far the best and knowledgeable salesman out of all companies we called and also had the best price and equipment. The installers arrived on time and completed the job on time and did a great job! We highly reccommend Alpine to everyone all of our rebates and paperwork arrived on time and we were pleasantly suprised when our utility bill arrived and it was much lower than it used to be as Steve said it would be. Excellant company!

      These guys suck!

      Bought a peterson log set from them last year and having nothing but problems this year and they won't call me back. Bought from them instead of HD becuase I thought that they would stand behind the products they sell but not the case. Don't buy from this comapny.

      I have purchased a heating and cooling in Sep 2009 from Alpine Refrigeartion NJ through Home Depot. We switched on our AC for the first time this summer in may 2010 and it wasn't blowing cold air . We called Alpine and the guy came in ,changed the filter and left , i got the air ducts and the ac coil cleaned as well wondering if the dust in the duct was blocking the airflow.Even after this clenaup(that costed me $800) , ac was not blowing cold air. When i called Alpine, the lady (Debbie) at the desk blames it on the dust and says its not the manufacturing defect. I have asked her to prove me that ac is working fine and she said she will inform her owner to contact me but he did not. I repeatedly called Alpine to schedule an appointment for them to come in and check whats causing the problem and the lady always hang up the phone without talking to me.
      I suggest to all readers not to buy Lennox products, if not atleast NOT from ALPINE REFRIGERATION NJ. Their service is the worst and the lady at the desk is horrible. I pray that she experience the same situation as mine (spend a few thousands of dollars and the product doesnt work) and then she will know what a customer's pain is. ALPINE is horrible in terms of its service. I wonder why Home Depot still hires him as their sub-contractor.Iam gomma talk to Home-Depot and see what they can do for me.
      I suggest all the readers NOT to go through ALPINE for Heating and Cooling products. I have read a few customer reviews praising Alpine about the installation and customer satisfaction. The company's perfomance is exposed only when things are not working ,not at the time of installation. Every body can do the talking and do the installation but their true professionalism is exposed when they do not serve the customers when the products fail to function.

      I was recently recommened to Alpine by a friend and was extremely pleased with the quality of service. Steve, the company estimator, was very helpful in suggesting ways to make our home more efficient and comfortable. It has been almost a year now since our new system was installed and we are very pleased with the efficiency of the unit, the quality of service, as well as the amount we are saving monthly on our utility bills!!!       I just had my boiler and water heater replaced by Alpine on 10/5/09 and let me tell you their service was outstanding! Arthur, the owner came to my home and inspected my systems and gave me many options to choose from. He spent about 45 minutes explaining to me the best way to go to save the maximum amount of money for the highest quality equipment.His crew had both systems out and the new equipment installed in about a day and a half. They even took the time to explain what they were doing each step of the way.Every part of the project was done at the highest standards with no compromises or short cuts what so ever, I know this is true because I have 30 years of building maintenance background. I highly recommend Alpine Refrigeration to anyone their work ethics are top notch (very professional and friendly) I plan to use them next year to install a gas fireplace in my home which they also do! For the price I received for my boiler and water heater I'm not going to bother to get quotes for my fireplace that's how confident I am in their service. I've done the research and I know I got a great deal with this company.

      I had wonderful experience. Through Homedepot, I met with Arthur, the owner for estimate. He gave me the numbers and mailed me the formal estimates. Like other companies as Sears, he wouldnt pressure us to take it. Mean time I checked with the other companies like Sears, PSE&G, Lowes...no one was able to match to his estimate.Earlier we planned to get only 13 seer AC and one stage furnace. However, since he gave such good estimate, we went to 14 seer AC and 2 stage furnace and yet its was very cheap than other companies were offering. The work was done in 2 days for replacing AC and Furnace, I didnt have any problem. His workers are very professional.Only problem I had was that we have 2 thermostats, one for AC and one for Furnace. We wanted them to give us 2 thermostats as we are replacing AC and Furnace, the workers wouldnt agree. I even told them that I shall pay for another thermostat, they told me to call the company and fix the appointment and they shall come another time. I had to argue with them a lot, I told them when you are already here, it wouldnt take you long to fix, but they were little rude and said "NO"I told my husband to call Arthur directly, which he did and spoke to him, Arthur was cool and said no problem at all. He sent same worker later in few minutes to replace 2nd thermostat...and it was fixed in just 5 minutes.

      do not deal with this company. They do not have any responsibility on what they did. I bought AC from them since they were Home Depot vendor but it was a big mistake. The service rep on the phone was horrible. He yelled at me that he will not send service man since he got angry by my questions. They don't call back or call when they about to come. Their service mind is horrible. We should get rid of this kind of company from our neighborhood. \r\n\r\nOwner of this company seems nice but you will not see or talk to him forever after you got sogned with him. I asked service rep to have reach him but he said if they give out his contact number, they will be fired. How bad service they do, so they should not give phone number of contractor?
