When I travel to the Jersey Shore, one shop that I have to visit is Changing Seasons Gifts on Route 35 N. This store is very cute but hard to miss if you are speeding by on this busy street--make sure that you don't! There is parking on the shoulder right outside the shop, and plenty of it.

I love the exterior of the store, and how it has fresh flower arrangements for sale, garden items like flags, and a clearance area. A large canopy protects items (and shoppers!) from the hot sun.

Inside, it is an eclectic gift shop with cute beach themed items, attractive watercolors for sale, and decorative wreaths. Towards the back of the store, there is a room chock-filled with decorative kitchen and dining items. I purchased a fun cheese tray and matching napkins as a gift for my Mom in this room--the price was fantastic.

The far back houses "The Christmas Room" complete with ornaments and decor. Although I visit in the summer, I rarely come away from this fun room empty handed.

At the counter recently was a fabulous array of colorful handbags--I purchased a natural woven bag with decorative bamboo handles at a $14.95 steal.

I love poking around at all of the goodies in Changing Seasons--the clerk lets you nose around as much as you like, and store your selections on the counter if--like me--you move inside and outside of this shop to browse.

Keep in mind this store is also a florist and can attend to your floral needs.

PROS: Great gifts--not kitchy souvenir items.
CONS: None!
