Martins Joseph Dvm - Belle Mead Animal Hospital

Dr. Martins is very knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to educate on proper feeding and also called to check on my cat when he was not feeling well. I am very pleased with the staff who is courteous, helpful and caring to all animals.

I went to Dr. Martin because my previous animal hospital lost a doctor and quit having Saturday hours. We were patient, but after 8 months of no Saturday hours, we had to move on. I chose Belle Mead due to it's location to my home and the reviews I read here.

This place is the tops. Dr. Martin takes the time to explain it all and has an amazing bed side manner (we went in thinking their was an emergency). The staff is friendly and amazingly professional. I am very impressed and look forward to a long relationship with my new vet.

Specifically, I walked in a bit panicked, and Dr. Martin set out a series of things I should have looked for and reassuring me when I didn't see things that would have indicated a bad condition. He also explained alternative diagnosis and how we were going to check for them. 15 minutes later, we recieved an all clear and instruction on what to watch for over the next few days.

The staff is speedy, friendly and excellent.

Their pricing is standard in the area, and I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Martins is a highly skilled doctor who truly understands animals and how to take care of them. His entire staff is knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly. They are always willing to help and they are very patient when explaining how to administer the medicines being prescribed. I have learned a lot from all of them and I trust Dr. Martins completely.

Dr. Martin has to be one of the best vets I have ever Dealt with. He took time out on his Saturday Night yo check on my dog who just had surgery a few days before. He went in at 1 am to make sure all was well.

He also kept us in the know whit regular phone calls! Love him!

I am extremely satisfied with the care that my dog received from Belle Mead Animal Hospital and Dr. Martins. The entire staff is very friendly and courteous and Dr. Martins is a terrific doctor.

I took my dog Toby to a couple of different veterinarians and I really didn't care for any of them. A friend told me to try out the Belle Mead Animal Hospital. We saw Dr. Martins who was great. He not only examined Toby, but he also took the time to explain good eating habits and how to train him. I saw how compassionate he was toward my Toby. Now I will always use the Belle Mead Animal Hospital. Thanks Dr. Martins!!!

I got a recomendaiton from someone at work to go to this Vet but I was not impressed. The male Vet I had was very hands off. My dog was in pain with an ear infection and he was nippy when the Vet tried to look in his ear. Keep in mind my dog is about 12 pounds and a fluffball. The Vet was ready to walk out on my pet because he wouldn't calm down. He didn't do anything to help. He wouldn't pet or talk to the dog and he eventually let his assistant do the work. My vet now has no problem with my dog and is very hands on which calms the dog down and makes it so much better for everyone.
