Atlas has an amazing selection of wallpaper at all price points including extremely expensive down to perfect for your budget. The store is absolutely lovely with more than just wallpaper and the sales people are extremely helpful which is necessary with their selection.

I got my wallpaper at Atlas in Cherry Hill. The sales people were very helpful. The selection is excellent, but it's sort of overwhelming to have hundreds of books to look through. That's why a good sales person is a benefit.
