this is a great store for information and repairs around your house. The owner and staff will help you find the easiest and most inexpensive solution to your question. A great alternative to home depot or lowes. Its nice to see a small family hardware store that stills puts the customer first.
also in regards to the negative comments made below by a "anonymous" it's been 2 years since your worthless comments.The store is still thriving. you like apples? ..how do you like those apples ! AVAST !

They have most of what you need. Excellent when it comes to customer service! Friendly and will tell you what you need and how to do the repair. Try getting that at the big home centers. If you can even get somebody there to help. You won't be disappointed at this store. The prices are competitive. When you have to go back to the home center 4 or 5 times because you didn't get what you need you are losing time and money. I usually leave Audubon Hardware without having to go back. They try to make sure I have everything I need before I leave.

Place is too small, they are fairly expensive also, I never heard of this place, and for good reason. They are nothing special either, I do not think this store will be in business much longer, the owner isn't very friendly also.

This is a small old fashioned small town hardware store .
Something like you would see in a 50's TV show BUT with all the updated tools and supplies you may need,
It may be small , but it has just about everything and at a reasonable price.
Walk in with a question and the owner of his helpers will have an answer or a suggestion and even explain to you how to make the repair if necessary .
Very friendly and helpful and a much shorter drive than to one of those huge Home centers you could get lost in !
