Kaitlin did an amazing job with my cut and color. She recommended a color and style that was both flattering to my face and my hair type. The staff was very friendly and the salon is beautiful. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I used to go to Splash and always had excellent service. I have had them do my hair for weddings and other special occasions. The staff is very friendly and talented and whether I got a haircut, blowout, up-do or color, I left very pleased every time. I stopped going because I moved and now my hair looks like crap so I am going back today to get color done. Jose was very friendly when I called and got me in an hour after I talked to him. I know I will not be disappointed and will remian a client, even if I have to drive. It is definitely worth it!

Splash Salon and Spa has professional, talented and caring personnel on all levels. They are a dedicated group of stylists who meet the needs and demands of all age groups.

Laura is a master stylist who "listens" to what the client wants and then directs through her expertise
any suggestions from haircut to products that would benefit the client.

John provides "comic relief" as well as excellence in
hair care. The fact that he owns two adorable dachshunds makes any doglover quite comfortable
sharing stories!

I have found someone super at Splash! John has been cutting coloring/highlighting my hair for the past 3 months and I am thrilled with his work. He really listens to what I want and also adds his own input and flair. He is funny, easy to get along with and makes you feel like a valued client. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a great hairstylist!

I walked into Splash Salon and Spa hoping they had an open apt. open and they took me almost immediatly. I got John as a hairdresser and he gave me the best haircut i ahve ever had! Typically I am the girl leaving the hair salon crying but I was all smiles today. He deffinatly knows what he is doing when it comes to cutting hair and he made it such a good time as well. I will for sure be going back!

I just started going there a few months ago and was going to JoJo but went today and found out that he was not there so they had Yvonne do my cut and color and I was very very impressed on what she did. It took her less time and it was an unbelievable job. I am sorry to see that JoJo has left but I guess I will be going back to Yvonne again to get a color and cut. Jessica I would give her a try.

I got a blowout from John and he was very nice and funny. He even provided me with candy while he was doing my hair. I was going to an evening event that night and he made my hair voluptuous and curled at the ends just like i asked for. If you ever need a blowout, ask for him!

I have to say that if you are looking for a salon that is all about CUSTOMER SERVICE, go check them out! Tim will make sure your experience is amazing. I spent the day in the spa and he made sure I was pampered for the 4 hours I was there. Tims staff Rae the Massage therapist, Roccio the nail tech, and last but not to be forgotten Gretta who gave me my facial .

I have stopped in this salon a few times to pick up bumble shampoo and condtioner treatments. On my last trip, I was stopped by John, who asked if I needed help selecting a product. He was extremly knowledgable regarding the products I selected, and gave me a few samples of other products to try to help keep my hari healthy between cuts. I will definetly be calling this salon for my next cut!!!

I never get disappointed the way they style, cut and color my hair. What is the best thing about their expertise in their skill is that my hair looks better every day after the hair cut to a some point where the hair begins to grow out. I even shared it with my hair stylist, John. Hair is the dead cells on my body that is the most alive I ever saw. It has its own mind. And that is where John comes in. He literally "talks" to these dead cells on my head and cut and style them until they look real attractive. Also, their hair products they sell are awesome. Their hair products they sell from Bumblebee lines change my dry Asian, thick, wildly sprung out hair to a shiny and curly hair that looks really healthy especially in the hot summer sun! I went to Splash Salon & Spa for a stress relief massage. It was the best massage I have ever had. Kris was just great. I was so stressed that I couldn't even turn my head to the left without a lot of pain. After Kris was finished I had no pain at all. I will definitely be going back, preferable once a month.

I have been going to Splash Salon and Spa for a while and I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else! The reason is that they are fantastic at not only hair, but service! The moment you walk in, you are greeted by Tim (who always makes my daughter - 12 years old and I feel so special). Marisol , Jo Jo and John will always make your hair look like a millionaire bucks after it is cut or if you just want a wash and blow dry. Rocio does fantastic nails and Katy will prep your hair and is a doll. Ronnie the owner is doing everything really right because I have been to a lot of places and am happy I finally found a "home". I've been looking for awhile now for someone who would give me a cut that I loved- and I found him! Juan was great, his consultation was wonderful and he gave me a haircut that exceeded what I expected. The entire staff was very friendly and obviously took their jobs seriously while still being relaxed and offering good conversation. The salon itself was relaxing and took away any apprehensions I had of trying a new salon. Juan was also the first male to ever cut my hair, which I was also apprehensive about- but I can say this much, Juan was wonderful and I will be back to see him again!

The salon is so relaxing to be in, and everyone was very polite and friendly there.

I was greeted very kindly, and my hair stylist, Kaitlin, was wonderful. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me suggestions. She spent a lot of time on me, too. I really liked the highlights she gave me.

I would definitely recommend this salon.

The salon itself is beautiful and being in the Bridgewater Mall you can have a makeover, spa treatments, hair cut & style and SHOP!!! what a great combo. I was introduced to John by a celebrity (which will remain anonymous) love his hair cut but also the chat is great to...I have short hair and John still can change it up each time I go to see him that's a stylist. So short hair or long John is creative but from what I have seen all the stylists have it going on...Denise A.

I have the most talented, creative and wonderful Hairdresser John.I am always so pleased every time I go to have my color and cut at the Salon. John always thinks out of the box with my color as I am a redhead and want to look as natural as I can be! John accomplishes this always!

I saw someone looking for Ali. She was out for awhile but now she's back. Her cuts are great! I've always had great haircuts at Splash. One time I colored my own hair and it was a disaster. I don't know what I was thinking, I can hardly pick a good lipstick color. Fortunately, an expert colorist was able to do a "corrective color" for me and it was fantastic!

I have always been a bumble and bumble junkie, and this salon us trained by Bumble and Bumble and when I got my haircut I was told about this new Bumble treatment I thought they were just trying to sell me something new, but I was then told it was complementary with my haircut. A really cool salon, make sure you ask for the treatment in advance as they get really busy. This is one of the better salons I have been to.

Update: After my negative review, the owner of the salon called me directly to apologize for my bad experience. He told me the manicurist was no longer employed there, and he wanted to make it up to meo by offering me a free manicure and haircut. I wasn't ready to schedule something right then, but told him I'd be in touch, thanking him for taking my review so seriously. Then he called again a few days later, still really apologetic, and said he had very high standards for his salon, he's been running it for many years and didn't want me to have a bad impression based on one experience, and offered to book my next appointment personally. He gave me his cell # and said he would put a note on my file that my appointments would be free, and that I was to receive VIP service when I came back. I went back today, and the new manicurist was very pleasant and did a really nice job on my nails. Maybe I was expecting too much, but the receptionist barely looked at me when I arrived, and I waited about 15 minutes in the waiting area holding my coat and purse in my lap, with nothing to do, and no one spoke to me at all, except for when i returned a towel that had been left on the counter. The stylist i had last time came up to the front and gave me a funny look, which made me a little uncomfortable, considering what I had said about him in my review. After the manicure, I was brought to the stylist's station, but she was nowhere to be found. We had to go to the front desk to enquire as to her whereabouts, and I was left by the front while the manicurist went to find her.
When she came back, she said the stylist had asked for me to wait ten more
minutes, because she was eating her lunch. I just got this bad feeling that things weren't going to get any better, so I left a big tip for the manicurist and left before she tried to convince me to stay. So, maybe I expected too much. But on the plus side, the owner does read these reviews, and takes complaints seriously, plus the old manicurist is gone, and this new one is very sweet and skilled as
well.

I recently moved to the area and decided an hour and a half drive is too far to go see my old hair dresser. I was walking by Splash and I saw a young lady with beautiful hair walking out. I approached her to find out who does her hair. She told me that Kurt had been doing her hair for a couple of months and that he is an AMAZING COLORIST & CUTTER. I liked her look and decided that I was going to give Kurt a try. I went in and made an appointment the following week.
When I showed up for my appointment I was greeted by a pleasant and friendly woman that checked me in and offered me something to drink. Kurt introduced himself and led me to his station. We talked for a few minutes about the color and cut I was hoping to achieve and I felt very comfortable the he understood what I was looking for. Well let me tell you, he fully understood what I was wanting to achieve and he ACHIEVED IT! I made my follow-up appointment before I checked out and left feeling like a new woman.
I wish I had a hundred friends in the area to tell them to go to Kurt, because he is that good. If you are looking for someone new then I recommend KURT!

I recently went to Splash for a haircut. I knew I was in trouble when the stylist led me to the shampoo girl without any kind of consultation. She never asked me what I wanted done. I had to say to her I wanted to talk about the haircut. The haircut was mediocre at best. It wasn't what I wanted. At the end I had to have her recut parts of it but by that time it was too late because she did what she wanted to do and not what I wanted done. However, my daughter had another stylist who consulted with here before the cut and took her time with her. Her hair looks great. Mine doesn't.

Today is my Birthday I decided to Treat myself to a haircut at Splash Salon. I must say alot of my friends have been telling me that I should check out this place in the Bridgewater Mall. Rather then drive into the city (NYC)

I really must say this place is AMAZING and I mean AMAZZZZING!

Totally HIP and TRENDY! Extremley Friendly and they just made me feel like i was important to them. This meant alot to me and this is why i wanted to post a review. So I just want to say this place just got a LOYAL new customer!

I've been an off & on client at Splash for a few years. My experiences have been ok, since I always get a new girl every time. Like I did today, I had an amazing pedicure with Belinda! She was Very Friendly & Pleasant!! She made me feel very comfortable & like I was the only person that mattered, she asked if I needed anything to drink or wanted a magazine to read. She also sold me a product for my feet that I thought felt wonderful on my dry, cracked heels & explained that I need to use it everyday in order to see results. She explained alot to me that I have not realized about my own feet & she just met me. It was nice to learn so many things about what the Spa is trying to bring in, Like New pedicures & manicures so clients like me can have choices. I look forward to going back in a few weeks with her to try their Spa pedicure & maybe even getting a their NEW Solar -Exfoliating manicure!! Just hope she will be there to give it to me! Thank you again for a Wonderful Experience Belinda :O)

On my last visit I treated myself to a facial, they have a new skin care person named Julia and she is nothing short of amazing. She taught skin care to other esteticians and really knows what she is doing. It was the absolute best treat I could have ever given myself

I had been getting my hair dyed and cut at the spa for several years when my stylist left, I thought of looking for another salon. Thankfully, I met Mary Ann! She is excellent with all aspects of hair design. She is very professional and understands your individual needs. I highly recommend her!

Alley is fanastic and I had a great facial at this salon. I've referred a number of friends to her as well and will continue to do so. The owner of the salon takes customer service seriously and cares about how you are treated!

I have been going to this salon for years, the cuts have always been great. I tried for the first time a microderm treatment and a facial. I thought I was in heaven the price was inexpensive compared to most places and the service was first class, try the chai tea while your there

Jess has been cutting my hair for some time now, and until today she was the only person who kept me coming to Splash.

The last time I came in for a haircut, there was a brunette at the front desk who almost caused me to walk the distance to the other Salon in the mall. I am not sure if she is still their or not, but the two girls who were at the desk when I checked out were really terrific. The blonde, cant remember her name, was personable and funny and was the one who informed me of writing reviews. There were a few people checking out at the same time, and she gave all of us the same attention and respect...it was nice for a change.. kudos!

The other was a very attractive older gal, with a smile on her face and she was like a breath of fresh air. I cant wait for my next visit!

I've been going to Splash for several years now.
I didn't even know this "review" page existed until I misplaced the business card and googled it for the phone number.
I've been very happy with the service I get. The reason I like it is the consistently great haircut I get.
I do have a favorite but if she's not available I will take who ever is available and have never been disappointed.

There have been a few twits at the desk now & then,but as they say good help is hard to find and they don't last long.
I did have a complaint once and the owner took it very seriously and it was handled quickly.

The salon is usually busy when I go so I really don't understand the comments of stylist just hanging around.
Sometimes I wonder if these negative reviews aren't the work of a competitor.

my operator was alexis and she was wonderful!!! she was extremly nice and concerned about my nails. loved the job she did well worth every penny.also was treated well- but for your real concerns i also recieved a brazilian wax which is always scary- she was fast and talked to me the whole time to make me more comfortable- thanks alexis your the best!!!

after going from one salon to another, a friend referred me to Splash.
its not a cheap salon haircuts for women go from $45.00 to $65.00, I choose a stylist named Alli and she was definately worth it. I thought the salon was trendy and they have a lot of cool features like being able to book your own appointment online. If your are fussy about your hair, this is a great place

If you want excellant color book an appointment with Laura A. at Splash Salon in Bridgewater Commons Mall. She is expert at highliting and lowlighting and I never leave her chair unhappy with my hair. Be prepared to spend some time as she is very careful in her application as not to damage the hair and to give a more natural look. Well worth the money and time. She also gives excellant hair cuts. I have referred her and the salon in general to both friends and family.

I have to say that I am a frequent customer at Splash, and while I love my hair stylist Mary Ann, and the girl who does threading, the front desk is a mess. The girls are around 19 years old, and they act as if you are bothering them by making an appt. or checking out. They are always whispering, and laughing making me feel completely uncomfortable, and they have snotty little attitudes that make me want to say some not so nice things to them. My best friend recently visited and had the same exact experience, so I guess it's not just me. If I were the management there I would seriously consider hiring some friendly, capable, and mature people to work at the reception area, if they want to keep business for their skilled hair stylists.

I was walking around the mall when I saw Splash salon, liked the look and walked in to take a further look. Immediately I noticed the products they had on display and recognized a shampoo a friend had and I used down the shore while visiting her on LBI.

I wanted to get it and asked the two girls behind the counter how much it was. This one blonde girl said, "We don't know the price's off hand". I thought that this wasn't an appropriate response but I was willing to continue the conversation so that I could perhaps find out how much the shampoo is and then get it.

So, I said, "Well could you find out how much it is" and as UNBELIEVABLE as this may sound but I had my sister and fiance with me, so they heard it too- this girl said, "We're doing something else now and we're getting ready to close. To find out the price we have to open the case and we really can't right now."
I left dumbfounded and even when I can't get an appointment at "The Salon" in Bridgewater Commons, I will not EVER go to SPLASH because I can not support a business that hires employees that treat customers this way!

I scheduled a blow out (at the last minute) at this salon. I was not sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The girl took her time and did a fantastic job. She did exactly what I wanted and even complimented me along the way. I know, its just a blowout, but I felt it deserved a positive review.
p.s. As I was getting my hair washed I was observing the manicurists and they looked like they did a terrific job, I thought to myself "I should have got a manicure too!"

I visited splash salon and spa on saturday, and was given the best haircut of my life, it was with a new stylist Alli who was trained at Sasson and just joined the salon. I talked to the girl at the desk who was very elegant and was told that the owner had started new policies and training and replaced some of the staff with people who are more motivated, I have been going to this salon for a while and I have noticed a nice change, I was treated very nicely start to finish

First off I would not give this place a star ont even one, but I cannot get rid of the star!
Splash for hair as the salon is called should just work with hair because they do not know how to give a manicure or pedicure! But I would never even try out their hair salon, I'm afraid that they may screw up my hair as well. I went in for a manicure and pedicure, the girl who did my manicure; I was told that her name is Jess ( I would not know she never introduced herself!) did the worst job ever! The manicure, if that is what she wants to call it was horrible, she didn't even touch my cuticles, it looks as if she didn't even touch my nails and just applied the polish! Also the towel in which I placed my hands for her to do the work looked like a rag with old polish that had been used for quite a while! As for my pedicure, there is nail polish on the sides, that she didn't even try to clean up! Looking at it now, it looks as if I had this pedicure 2 weeks ago and the same for the manicure! I paid $50 for this horrid mess! This place is just nice to look at but as for the service, they need to try harder or get someone who cares about doing a good job! Even a blind person would find this job atrocious! I have been to other places so I know what these services entail and Splash for hair does not provide it!!!
