KNOWLEDGABLE AND HONEST 
We just got our car back from WEST CHAPEL AUTO SERVICE today; my husband and I had brought it to 3 other garages, including the dealer, and nobody knew how to deal with the problems we were having with it. The first place wanted to do an engine rebuild, and the dealer just threw parts at the problem, did unnecessary repairs and charged through the roof. Not only did Jay fix our car, (which is now driving PERFECTLY), but he also explained everything that he did, and even took photos of the process. Jay has all of the qualities you would want in a surgeon, a chef, ...or a mechanic. HE IS INTELLIGENT AND PASSIONATE ABOUT HIS WORK, he communicates well, and he listens. I can't recommend him enough! Thank you SOOOOOO much

I love the service I recieve at WEST CHAPEL AUTO SERVICE!!. My neighbor recommended this shop to me after I was complaining about my old shop trying to charge me a price I wasn't comfortable with. I went WEST CHAPEL AUTO SERVICE on a last minute basis, they were about to close up, but waited for me. they repaired my a/c, and they are now the family repair shop. I recommend them to everyone. They are honest people and won't over charge you. They explain everthing in detail to you about the repairs you need. And give you the option to repair or not to repair. Use WEST CHAPEL AUTO for all your auto needs. Thanks Jay!!!

Reliable 
A lot of car places are very dishonest. This is one of the few in the area that really will only charge you for the work they actually did. They typically dont take to long to get an appointment.

Great service, very knowledgeable and friendly people. I have been through many repair shops recently and nobody could fix my car. I only spent a lot money. West Chapel Auto fixed it in few hours for just fraction of money other had been asking. I was very pleased with service (make sure you ask for Jay - he knows a lot about cars and its problems). Highly recommended this shop!!!!

TRUSTWORTHY
Jay is the best. I got tired of paying dealer prices, and I"m so glad I found WEST CHAPEL AUTO SERVICE. Jay always takes care of me right away, no waiting, no hassles, no runaround, no games. He does great work, at great prices and with great service. This is probably the most straightforward mechanic I have found to date.

I AM GLAD I FOUND THESE GUYS!
I moved to Cherry Hill a year ago and haven't been able to find a mechanic I trust. A friend recommended Jay to me. I won't go anywhere else again. He knows what he's doing and he'll go out of his way for you. The work is reliable and done right the first time. Give him a try. You won't be disappointed in the service or the prices.

I DRIVE 50 MILES TO COME HERE
I have been taking my cars to Jay's for more years than I care to recall. They are an hour drive from my home. He has NEVER disappointed. He, and everyone in his shop, know what they are doing and do it well, efficiently and always at a price that pleases. Jay never pads his estimates, never inflates the problem, never cons you on the time it will take to do the job and always deals straight. I have brought him my BMW , Hondas and Toyotas, each in turn, and felt secure in just leaving the car there and having him check it out and deal with whatever issues he finds. When I return to pick up the car he gives me a price that I am convinced is an honest price. (Yes, I've checked on that from time to time and he has always come out ahead.) I trust him completely; he is a man of honor and integrity. We thank him for his hard work and dedication to us. THANKS JAY!!!

BEST REFERRAL I EVER HAD!!!!
I was very very happy to be referred to WEST CHAPEL AUTO. I felt taken care of, not cheated, and told honestly what was going on with my car. Jay fixed my car as needed, and no more. He told me there was more that could and should be done, but that it wasn't necessary which allowed me to make a decision based on my budget, yet feel that I was safe. Jay's a great guy, and not out to take advantage of people. He'll fix your car correctly and not do more than needs to be done. I highly recommend WEST CHAPEL AUTO.
