I have an Audi A6 Avant that I've been taking to Wagon Works for the last several years. I am very picky when it comes to choosing someone to service the car. In fact, I stay as far away as possible from the Audi/VW dealership service departments. In general, their service departments are a reason NOT to buy VAG. So you really need the pros at Wagon Works. I have been extremely satisfied with them. I had the front brakes done recently, and when one of the parts went south several months later Jay replaced it gratis. I am ambivalent about posting this review because I don't want them to get so busy that I have trouble getting my car scheduled for service!

Wagon Works is located in Englewood, NJ and the place is great. The service is very good and the people were great and were very helpfull. Great place.
