Metro Rapid Rover

Almost missed flight.
Driver parked one street over and sat until I started dragging my suitcase over, even though it was at the end of the time window they had given me. Driver then took longest way to next stop, where the person spent overt 5 minutes in the house before finally emerging. At next stop driver stood and watched for about 10 minutes while 3 members of a family got in van, got out, went in house, got in and out of car, got more luggage, and finally after about 10 minutes got in the van with a fourth person. I let everyone know I had the earliest flight, that I was going to miss it if we didn't get moving. If the line at the check-in counter or security stations had been any longer, I would have missed the flight--and there were 2 small grandchildren waiting to join me at the airport.

their service is lousy. I was told I would be picked up within 30 minutes. I called for a status at 45 minutes and was told to wait another 30. I asked why am I watching empty rapid rover vans drive by and I was sent to the supervisor who proceeded to ask me if I still wanted a ride. Having no choice I am still stuck here an hour later. The supervisor then hung up on me.

Never again.

This is a transportation service my family uses to get to and from the airport.

It's nice to be able to get a ride to the airport without bothering your friends or paying the high fees of parking while you are away. The downside is they are picking up people other than you- who may be late or delay the trip in some way. I heard one story where the people forgot their tickets and they had to turn around.

As far as I know this service is offered in Burlington County but not Mercer County (the Hyatt in Princeton used to be one stop they made). They are a reliable, profesional service however and I have never had a problem.

They offer this service at a reasonable price but I think they raise it per person so a whole family might not like the price.
