Kinchley's Tavern Inc is Awesome
by Maria M.
I am 42 years old and have memories of this great pizza from a very early age. I was an infant when my parents began bringing me there. Although i moved away 17 years ago, i am only 2 hours and go back every few months just for this pizza! Hasn't changed!!!

A family tradition
by Charleen B.
For over 30 years now Kinchleys has been a special place for my entire family. When those out of town come to visit, Kinchleys has to be one of the nights out. We take two tables in the center of the restaurant and have a blast. I moved here from St.Louis all those years ago, and my favorite pizza place, Mr.Louigis had pizza like this. Back then, no one in N.Y. knew what thin crust pizza was, it was almost UN New York to even think of. When I went here, with my sister and her family I was hooked. It is the best and now my own boys are hooked . I am leaving work in a few minutes, ordering me two pizzas to go, stop to fill up my car , then go home and have the best pizza in Rockland!

Love this place!! The pizza is the one of the best thin crust pizza I've ever had. Frequently go for lunch. Prices are reasonable. Everything on the menu is delicious. Little small for the amount of customers they receive. Would recommend calling to make a reservation if going on a weekend, seeing as thats probably the busiest time of the week.

Kinchley's Tavern is most famous for its pizza. It is s very thin crust pizza so it just seems to melt in your mouth. The pizza is not cheap and they are small as pizza goes but they definitly worth an occasional visit. Make sure you bring cash - they do not accept credit cards.

The pizza is well known. The thin crust pizza seems to melt in your mouth. You have no idea how the table of four just devoured the pie in about 2 minutes. You'll need to order at least two large pies if you have 3 people with decent appetites. Only problem with this place is: no credit cards accepted & crowded. The price to pay for this highly rated pizza. Hey, I usually hate thin crust pizza, but I like Kinchley's
PROS: famous thin crust pizza
CONS: no Credit cards & crowded- get take out!

The thin-crust pizza at Kinchley's is wonderful. If you plan to eat there, make sure to arrive early as it fills up very quickly even on weeknights. It is worth the wait though. Also make sure to bring cash as they don't accept credit cards (they have an ATM on-site).
