Stopped at Jiffylube on 5/31/2010 for an oil change aprox 3:00 pm in the afternoon. My car was first in line at the door and there was a vehicle already in the bay for service,There were aprox 5 uniformed employes standing around.An employee asked for my keys and got into my vehicle put it in reverse and backed into a car that had pulled in behind me. after a 45 min wait and several employee exchanges between me and a female employee who came out from an office (when it happened) not sure what to do.I asked why is it taking so long to get a simple oil change,She then became rude and told me the delay was because I was involved in an accident on there property,I then informed here that they were involved in an accident on there property with my vehicle.She then told me that she was the only employee there that was qualified to change oil,i then asked what are unqualified employees diong driving my car.I then asked her to have her Manager and insurance company contact me Neither did until the following day,when i called a man Named Steve T,who claimed to be a store rep helping out the district manager,He then told me that an adjuster would contact me.(none did) I then called again he said for me not to worry to get 2 esitmates and it would be taken care of.And that the manager told him that there was no damage.He then asked me to meet him to show the repairs made to the vehicle and take a report.I showed him the replaced back door handle that was broken from the impact and the replaced bumper. he now looks at the vehicle and claims he cant see the damage. I then get a call on 06/17/2010 telling me that if i want to be reimbursed take them to court,I have still not heard from the district manager. regarding the damage. I do know that they are claiming to be self insurade and are currently denying a claim.I have filed a complaint with corp and will see where that takes me.

I went to this Jiffy Lube for a oil change on May sunday 30th around 11:45am , the young guy who check me in was really kind , he drove my car into the garage everything was cool so far. Five minutes later this lady came to me (I guess was a supervisor or manager kinda)to let me know that they do not carry the type of filter for my car , then I remembered that I had a new oil filter in my trunk so I told her about it , and with a notorius attitud told me that they don't have the tools either to replace it.
Anyway before I leave the young guy pull out the car out the garage and told me If I bring the oil filter they can do the service , so I replied "But she told me that you do not have the tools to do it" , then he move his head as a disagree gesture, like saying without saying it "that's not true".
He apologizes and let me go with a "have a good one sir".
There's something fishy in that garage , I have a feeling that was something else , I'm not buying the story about the tools.
I'm a regular customer of Jiffy Lube in Bronx,NY but now I will have to look for another garage while I'm in NJ.
