We purchased our mountain bikes there. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to get everything we needed in one place, including helmets, pump and repair kit.

just returned from driving 30 minutes to the Lawrenceville shop and have never been so dissatisfied. I received a gift of skis sent from California and took them in to be mounted and tuned at the Lawrenceville shop. I was told the cost just to mount an IBS set of bindings would be $100 because the skis and bindings "were not bought there". The person who waited on me even apologized for having to quote me $100 (Buckman's in Doylestown charges $55 for exactly the same thing). This is after I have purchased bikes, surfboards, and many other things at their shop. On top of which, I was set to purchase many other things for an upcoming trip. I cannot believe that the reward to a customer for bringing business is to penalize them because they did not purchase all items at the shop. I have never heard of any policy this extreme. It is very sad, and the exact opposite of good customer service. I tried contacting them through the website, but the email bounced.

They have lost a dedicated customer.

If you ever need anything ski or snow related, Ski Barn has a great selection of skis, snowboards, boots, poles, gloves, jackets, and everything you'll need for the slopes. The service is also great. The only downside to Ski Barn is that their prices are a little high.
