TERRIBLE service. I called to ask how much it would be to have a diamond set in a mounting and I was told around $75 but maybe more or less and I would have to bring it in for them to look at. I brought it in and the goldsmith there told me $60 and I said OK. We were writing up the paperwork and he came back and said "my brother quoted you $75 on the phone so that's what it will be". I told him that he said AROUND $75 and that I would have to bring it in. I said that I wanted it for $60 because that's what I was just told and agreed on and he told me to leave and that they were not interested in doing it. It's only $15 but that is a poor way to run a store. Don't give these people your business, go to Dave Sales right down the road.

beautiful jewely, and lots of it. Their prices are a little on the "high side", but the jewelry is one of a kind. The staff is courteous and very helpful. I love how they decorate the outside for all the holidays.

Trent Jewelers is a small shop but don't let the outside fool you. They are very attentive to the their customers and will stop at almost nothing to make you happy. I had brought them a necklace that my grandma had given me and was missing the original clasp. They were not content with just giving a replacement and actually found me an original verision to match the necklace. Thanks again.

This store is located at "5 points" for local people's reference. The selection at the store is very good and the atmoshpere created by the knowledgeable employees is comfortable. This is a lovely store and so are the pieces offered. The employees have been very accommodating when I have shopped here, and I am a return shopper. :-)
