I have been trying to get my dishwasher repairs done with Metro Factory Service for weeks now, and my impression thus far is that they are the least helpful, most inconsiderate company I have ever had the misfortune of working with. Not once has the technician come within the appointed time frame.

Today specifically I requested an afternoon appointment as no one would be home in the morning, but when did the technician come? 8:00 am. I spoke with two customer service representatives who were utterly unhelpful in rectifying the situation and told me I would need to reschedule. They also let me know that MFS can't guarantee a morning or afternoon appointment no matter what is requested, but that they won't let you know which you have until the night before.

I am truly amazed they stay in business. I sincerely hope that after my (rescheduled for the third time) appointment I never have to deal with them again.

Metro Factory Service. Still waiting for repair man (recommended by Jenn Air refrig warranty folks) for all day window. NICE. Asked for 1st apt 3 weeks ago, it's now 3p & after SEVERAL calls to their home base (wait to talk to someone for 15 minutes each time) asking for service man to call me back, still haven't heard from them. Can't wait for them to diagnose my refrig problem. Unbelievably unprofessional do NOT/NOT/NOT/NOT use Metro Factory Service

Metro Factory Service was recommended to me by Best Buy. They use them for appliance service and repairs. A burner on our range was malfunctioning and needed replacing. Everything went smoothly at first, quick appointment time, three hour technician visit window (Cable installers sometimes use 6-8 hour windows) and prompt calls and alerts concerning the in-home visit.
The technician did not have the part on the truck and had to order it. The next visit was a week later, another 3 hour window out of my work day, no one had examined the part before the technician was sent out... turns out the part was broken. So now I have to have another 3 hour window taken out of my work day to have these people come and do this all over again.
The third visit from these clowns was a joke. They sent a different technician than the previous two visits and just as I opened the front door I see him drop the new part on the floor! I said, ??Jeez, I hope it??s not broken.? And he said, ??Nah, I bet it??s not.? Great, right? He had no idea how to take the range apart and basically I showed him what to do. If I hadn??t stood over him and directed everything I would be needing yet another visit from Metro for what he did wrong or broke.
They charged me $43.00 for the new part yet when I looked online at parts stores the price including shipping was almost half Metro's quoted price. A pure rip-off.
Bottom line: DON??T LET THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR HOME, YOU??LL NEVER GET RID OF THEM.

He was never told about time. He came and diagnosed the problem as a defective ice maker, in need of replacement. Since they don't have the part,another service call was needed. They refused to give me anything better than a full day appointment with a call from the serviceman to offer a time the same day. Unless you have plenty of time on your hands, see someone else for repairs.
