This particular agency is okay as insurance companies go.
I haven't found them to be particularly helpful when I was rearended, nor when my basement flooded. But they keep up with renewals
etc. and are pleasant enough to deal with. And he brings his little sheltie dogs to the office - a BIG PLUS!!!
