This particular Chuck E. Cheese's is easier to deal with than most. It's less crowded and the parties are seemingly spread out a bit more to give you more space.

BUT my kids adore this place. There is so much for them to do they can't NOT have fun. It's really a must to do on a rainy day or for a special treat.

The food is so so (dominos style pizza, really good fries, a salad bar that is acceptable) but nothing to write home about. In many cases we eat before going and just romp around snacking on fries if we must.

Your child gets tickets after playing each game and they turn their tickets into machines that count them (always wrong, I might add...we get gypped each time) and then they can buy items. I wish the items weren't such garbage (party store toys are better quality). It would be nice if the kids had incentive to save up for a REAL toy. But it is what it is.

Security depends on who is working. I've been there when you've had to wait 10 minutes for the check out kid to stop chatting it up with the pretty waitress so we could leave and other times no one is around to check anyone out (ie..anyone could waltz out with your kid so do not be comforted by the so called security....do it yourself).

All in all...it's a place that will make your kids happy.

PROS: FUN for kids
CONS: so so food, so so security, so so prices
