Leora Dubrovsky Realty Group

I recently sold my house using Leora Dubrovsky Realty Group, and also used them to buy my new house. After reading the two negative reviews, I thought I had the wrong realtor. Not only were they courteous and friendly, they were helpful too. I got more than what I wanted to when selling my house and exactly what I wanted to pay when buying my new house. I already have and definately would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

PROS: Courteous, Friendly, Helpful, Acheive the success you want
CONS: A little far from my house, but definately worth it.

When my husband and I where looking to buy a home we used this group. We found them to be EXTREMELY helpful and understanding. They told us to keep an open mind about house hunting and we did. Not only did we get the house of our dreams, but also at a great price. We would really reccommend them again and again!!!

PROS: Friendly, works for YOU, gets you the price you want, easy to connect with.
CONS:

These people are con artists and shouldn't be allowed to do business. They forced my parents to list when they didn't want to. Then when they went to cancel within 24 hours. They called and harrassed my parents on the phone. Very evil people. Hopefully they aren't in business much longer.

Awhile back, when we were house-hunting, we stopped in this office and spoke with an agent. She got all excited, and said she had "A lot of homes to show us." Well, those homes were NOTHING like what we told her we were looking for. We specifically told her "single family, detached house" and she took us to townhouse developments. Bad, bad, bad business!
