One star is too much for this place. They give you deadlines they can't make. We've almost been killed twice because of bad mechanics and Barb doesn't care. Repeated requests for call backs go unanswered. This place takes your money and has no regard for customer service at all. It's taken almost 3 weeks to replace a headlight! Come on! Mechanics there have been fired from other dealers.

Bought a bike on a Saturday. Was there for over 4 hours, was there until 6 pm when they closed at 4. Sales persons were complaining that we were keeping them there, finance guy was complaining that we shouldn't t have waited until 20 mins

Barb's place is GREAT until after you buy the bike! The 24hr service is simply not true. Not 24hrs in a row anyway!!! Because they only answer the phone Mon-Fri my week-end breakdown was just MY TOUGH LUCK!!! I had it towed & my extended Service plan refused to cover it, what was I supposed to do, let it sit there? So either DONT BUY FROM BARBS or DONT RIDE ON THE WEEK-END!!!!!

I had the worst service experience in Barb Haley, they took my bike in to install Saddle bags and other small part and was promised it will be done on that same day at 8pm, later that day, they call me and told me the saddlebag was not in yet and if I keep my bike there till end of the week, the bag will be there! OKAY..I waited till end of the week to call them back..they told me it will be done next week Monday! "OK" call Monday, told me it will be done by end of That week!! that is 2rd week! and at end of that week, I call (they never call to update you the situation by the way) they told me the part normally take 2 weeks to deliver, what the f--??!! now is well into 3rd weeks!!!!! still no one call me and tell me what the f-- is going on.
Never go there for service!!! expensive and they dont' give a crap

Barb's has the largest selection of bikes around. They have Riders' Edge classes on the weekends and are always having Open-Houses and special events. Barb is always friendly and helpful.
