first the gym is over priced.the staff just gets in your way.the so called trainers are not even in the best shape. it seems to be a social club, and its not a serious place to train.the parking is a nightmare.i could go on and on.if your looking for a new gym dont try this place, or try it for yourself and see the truth.not worth it. try mid city or planet first.

I have been a member of the Forum for the past two years. As i read the reviews on the site some are true and some are not. Is true they have new equipment however their all on top of each other!!! Yes they should encourage members to bring a towel and wipe their machine after using.. Today i went to use the treadmill and is was full of nasty sweat i had to clean the machine before using. Parking is a HORROR!!!! Specially if you like to go after work..Yes, you will find yourself driving for at least 20min for a parking spot. When I first signed up they told parking was not an issue obviously they lie big time.. If you decided to park on the street you have to pay for meters.. Their trainer are okay depends on who it is really.. My first training I book for the AM and when I got there at 8:30am.. i heard the trainer that was supposed to be friendly and show me around stated "God so early i can't even get a brake first" as I a new member thats the last thing you want to hear, i was so turn off by HER that i completely rushed the entire orientation.. i figure i can learn for myself how to use the machines.. I do see most of the trainers working around chatting with each other, instead of helping members using the machines..
The one thing i really like about the FORUM is the class BODYATTACK, best class ever, I really only go for the class because you really get a good workout..the other classes are okay I have tried them but I dont care for them.. Some instructor use foul language when teaching thats something i don't care to hear..
Women bathroom is clean.. as my membership comes to an end next year am really considering switching..

This club is incredible. The staff is extremely knowledgeable very friendly and really know there stuff. The other reviews are just lies by new health clubs coming in the area.I have been a member for 15 years and would not leave for anything. The place is clean machines are up to date and they care about there members like their own family. They teach how to use the machines there programs are second to none This is by far the only real health club in Bayonne.Don't be fooled by lies I tell you the truth.Go check them out you wont regret it just like the rest of Bayonne they love the Forum.

This gym is the pits. Their price changes depending on who you talk to. They are $ hungry and they charge you for every little thing.
Some of the machines need maintenance, the Locker rooms are small & gym equipment is on top of each other. They should insist on people bringing towels to wipe their sweat - kind of nasty, really.
Parking is atrocious, sometimes I am driving around for 20-25 minutes, I get frustrated because there is no parking & I go home.
The following is true- as mentioned above - "their personal trainers are certified through a weekend course not actually educated in physical education, sports medicine or physical therapy."
Also, they keep the air conditioner on very low, if at all, in the summer to save money (as told to me by one of the front desk workiers) - it is so darn hot in there come June-Sept... like a sauna- seriously.

This gym just lacks. The locker rooms are limited in size, safety and amenities. All the equipment is too close together, the expanded parking still fails to provide at peak times and their personal trainers are certified through a weekend course not actually educated in physical education, sports medicine or physical therapy. And when you realize this too late, it's near impossible to get out of your contract.
