I have been here several times for all different affairs and always had a nice time. The food was always good and the atmosphere was nice. They have ample parking and it is eay to get to..right off of 287 South.

We had my daughter's christioning here a few months ago. The room was huge, but poorly lit (some bulbs were out). There was a lot of food at the buffet, but they messed up on what we ordered (gave us things we didn't want & left out things we wanted). They spelled my daughters name wrong on the cake and the wait staff hardly spoke english to understand what was wrong. Plus, the staff was rarely around to clear dishes or anything. I had to actually hunt them down on 2 occasions.
They sent me a questionare a week after the party, which I was very blunt on how unhappy I was with things.... but I never heard back. It was almost as if they had gotten my money & didn't care how unhappy I was afterwards.
PROS: large rooms
CONS: HORRIBLE wait staff... worst I've seen

We got married in their Garden Room 5 years ago (very nice) and I just had a baby shower there. The room was spacious, the buffet plentiful. The food was replenished quickly and the hot food was hot and the cold food was cool and fresh. The place was clean, ample parking, and very accessible for elderly people to get around - enough rooom for wheel chairs to comfortably navigate. The only down side was that the wait staff was not very friendly and accommodating. The prices for the place were very reasonable and there were plenty of packages to choose from.

AWFUL for weddings!!
by GMDP
I had my wedding there 5 years ago. It was the WORST experience of my life. They forgot my cake! They did not make my wedding cake! I picked out a beautiful cake with blue flowers. They brought out a round cake with whipped cream and a ribbon tied to look like a bow on top. I said "Where is my cake?" I thought that was the grooms cake or something. They said "Sorry we don't have one" Then it had strawberries in it which my husband is allergic to.
They did not have enough seats for my guests. They were missing a table. There was an empty chair at another table so the usher told my father to go sit there. My father said he did not want to split from his wife. They said ask someone else to move!
We had requested certain alcohol to be there. When the bartender told my guest he did not have any I was upset. He then went out to his car and got it from his trunk.
I wanted chocolate covered strawberries and they were not given to my guests. The next day as I complained about never getting my strawberries I was told "Oh we forgot to put them out but I still have them in the back if you want them" What would I do with 250 chocolate covered strawberries after my wedding?
This is just a VERY SHORT list of some of the MANY things that went wrong. When I complained I was told "Sorry" No money back no compensation..NOTHING. Although it wouldn't have made it better.
They have missed out on so much business from my wedding. There were 3 people that were engaged and were there and could not believe what was going on. They all had their weddings at Pine Manor instead. I also would have had my daughters Christening there, my sons communion...ect....
Their prices are great but I guess you get what you pay for!!!!!!
Pros: It was cheap
Cons: It was done cheaply
