This past summer I visited the Woodbridge NJ Jewelry Exchange for an engagement three times. The first two were frustrating and a bit overwhelming to say the least. A friend convinced me to go one final time to visit Ned and Phil at Classy Diamonds. They sat me down, served me tea, and asked me what what I wanted and encouraged me to visit other booths for product comparisons, price quotes and different design ideas. When I came back to them, they created a custom pave ring with a better diamond within my budget. On the first of the month, they provided an on-site appraisal.

Throughout the entire process, Ned and Phil have been kind and respectful of my work situation, my budget and my timeline. Like many others, I did my homework on the Cs, yet they were the only vendor who didn't talk down to me or "challenge" what I knew by playing guess the price games.

You don't have to go to Classy Diamonds first, but you'll be wise to go there last.

I was in search of an engagement ring for some time. Did some research on line and found a lot of positive reviews for Classy Diamonds. Now I know why, and I will tell you. I stopped in one night after work and met Phil and Ned. They were very polite, professional and honest. They spent well over an hour with me going over ideas and information. The best part, NO pressure. Zero. Ned gave me all the info on the ring I wanted, which by the way was very reasonably priced. He even told me to go around and compare with other jewelry shops. Of course I did. And what I found was that no one else could compare. So Ned was right, I was back a week later finalizing my purchase! I also got a lifetime warranty. Ned and Phil kept me up to date every step of the way while my ring was being made. When the day came and I picked up the ring, it was amazing! Of course ill be back there to pick up the wedding bands! Do yourself a favor. If youre looking for an engagement ring, or any other piece of jewelry, stop in and see Ned and Phil.

My fiance and I had been looking at engagement rings for quite some time. It was becoming very frustrating because everyone was telling us what we needed, kind of pushing us into something so they could make a buck and move on to the next customer. After walking around the Jewelry exchange and being fed up with all the pushiness we had experienced we came upon Ned & Phil from Classy Diamond. Right from the beginning we had a great feeling about them. They gave us some time to ourselves to just browse around, never insisting on my fiance trying anything on or telling her "this would be perfect for you." Something we had heard at every other jeweler. When we were ready Phil & Ned offered an education on the Diamonds and showed us some beautiful settings to fit my fiances taste. They spent a lot of time making us feel comfortable and making sure that we would be completely happy with our purchase. We closed the place out with them that night. Not once did they ever make us feel rushed or pressured. My fiance got a ring that made her eyes sparkle and that couldn't make her happier. I got a piece of mind on the outstanding quality Ned & Phil had offered us and a lifetime warranty to back it all up. We couldn't be happier with Classy Diamond and will be a customer for life. Ned & Phil are just outstanding with the service and education they offer and they quality of their Diamonds and settings is unmatched.

My fiance and I were looking for wedding bands for our Aruba wedding, when we stopped by Classy Diamonds and met Ned and Phil. Our experience with Ned, Phil, & Doug was exceptional. They custom designed my wedding band, to match my engagement ring. Ned created a true work of art. I could not be happier. I recommend Classy diamonds to anyone who is looking for great service, knowledge, and experience. We will be returning customers!

THE GREATEST JEWELER IN THE WORLD!!!
If you read my previous post about Kent Jewelers you could imagine how frustrated and disappointed I was with my experience. Well the same day I had the worst experience of my life, I had the greatest. We were about to leave the Jewelry Exchange in Woodbridge New Jersey when my fiance stopped at this booth called Classy Diamonds. At this point I was tired of looking at rings and just wanted to leave because I was about to take my engagement pictures without my ring. But I decided to go over and take a look and boy am I glad I did. Ned and his staff members were A+++. First his assistant pulled out a ring book for me to look through and see if I see something I liked. Ned spent the time to educate me about why I should buy white gold instead of platinum (which I wanted). He didnt push me to buy something I wasnt happy to wear. He took his time showing me different rings until he showed me this Tiffany style ring. At t first I was not excited about the ring because it was completely different from the other rings I liked. However, when he put my stone in I began to see the beauty in it. I still was not convinced because I was tired, frustrated and hungry because I was in the store longer than expected. I briefly mentioned to my fiance that I was hungry and here comes Ned offering me pizza. I dont know if he keeps this just in case a customer is hungry but I was grateful. So here I am eating a pizza, drinking coffee and laughing as if I was talking to friends. We talked about some many other things besides a ring which was such a great feeling. I felt that he wanted me to be happy rather than making a quick sale. After about an hour of talking and laughing I decided to look at the Tiffany ring again. I dont know if there was something in the pizza but I felt this was the ring for me. It was gorgeous and the best part of it was that it fit my diamond and I was able to take it home with me that day. Even my picky fiance was able to find a wedding band there which was a shocker. Ned is making my wedding band which I cant wait to see in a few weeks...When you talk about those few people who go beyond the call of duty, your talking about Ned and the staff at Classy Diamonds. I was treated with such class and respect that I will make sure to spread the word to everybody I know and even those I dont. Oh I forgot to mention that his rings come with lifetime warranty and he is providing us with a free appraisal.

I ordered engagement ring from Classy Diamonds. Phil and Ned are the best at what they do. For a very reasonable price they created a true work of art!!! My advice: go straight to Phil and Ned, pick the diamond and let them create a true masterpiece. I could not be happier with the ring. Not to mention a lifetime warranty they provide. Me and my fiancee are definitely their customers for life!

Woodbridge Jewelry Exchange ruined the beautiful ring my fiance purchased for me. My ring was brought into be re sized and they said they were going to have it worked on by the best there. When I received my ring back it was a train wreck and it was too late!!

I was pushed out the door when trying to explain that the baguettes on my ring were ruined and the setting was ruined. The .81 carat diamond I had even appears shattered like inside.

They took a precious beautiful setting and diamonds and ruined them and said they actually did me a favor and didn't charge me what a jeweler down the street would.

They do not deserve to have precious diamonds in their place of business as they quite honestly suck and are dishonest.

A beautiful thing that was given to me with heart and honesty was taken away in a matter of minutes.

So horrible.

I first met Ned, Phil, and Rebecca in 2006 when I was looking for an engagement ring for my wife. I knew nothing about diamonds and jewelery. Ned and his excellent staff treated me like they've known me for years which made the experience extremely enjoyable! Ned took the time out to educate me on what to look for when buying a diamond and didn't try to sell me the most expensive piece he had.Needless to say I purchased the engagement ring for my wife as well as other fine pieces over the years and have recommended Classy Diamonds to EVERYONE I know! I went there to size a ring and this thief told me that he was the best there and i sat OK he charge me $200 for a platinum ring 1 size up not only that he destroy my ring stone came out instead of add platinum he add white gold i went to management but no one was there so i went to other repair guy his is martin he not only fix my ring made it like brand new like nothing ever happen plus he did put platinum he only charge me$100 PLEASE BE AWARE THAT CRIS REPAIR SHOP IS NOT THE PLACE TOGO

I was referred to Classy diamonds last summer by a co-worker. I must admit I was a little skeptical. My only prior experience with jewelry stores were those in the mall that all sell the same basic stuff, or the high end places that cost the earth.

When I went to Classy, I tried to not have preconceived ideas. I asked Ned to make a custom piece for me, incorporating my Mom's and Dad's birthstones. He was courteous, professional and exacting. As the customer, I was always right and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. My ring was stunning. It was even more beautiful than I could have hoped for.

I then had Ned design another piece, and another and another. I am now a year in to my jewelry friendship and I will never buy from anywhere else again. Every piece Ned has created for me has been more beautiful than the last.

Ned and Phil are consummate professionals who welcome a challenge and who truly have a desire to make a woman happy with her jewelry. They have a passion and a flair for what they do so impeccably.

Thank you gentleman, for a job VERY well done.

I have gone to visit Ned on several occasions, but first worked with him in late 2007. I had been looking to build a custom engagement ring and had a specific design in mind. I had heard about the jewelry exchange and thought that with all the vendors in the building someone could help. I must say, upon first walking in, the center is a bit overwhelming. I took a full lap of the place, speaking with several jewelers before meeting Phil (a very professional young man that works with Ned). Phil's approach to working with me was helpful, educational, and without pressure. I then met Ned, who taught me a lot about diamonds and settings, and then proceeded to help me put on paper the concept I had in mind. All in all, it was a great experience, taking an idea in my head and turning it into reality. Because Ned knew that I was hands on, he invited me to inspect and approve every step along the way, and it was cool to have seen the evolution of the ring through the various steps. Since then, I have purchased a Journey necklace and had my wife's wedding band custom made to match the engagement ring. Everything that he has produced for me has been well crafted and above and beyond even my high level of expectations. I think that trusting someone is critical to working with them, especially on bigger ticket items. Ned has always been honest with me and has quoted me fair prices and if he ever adjusted his prices after we have discussed what I was looking for, it was downward. All in all, I have highly recommended Classy Diamonds to my friends and family and am confident that Ned and I will work together for many years to come.

Classy Diamonds is definitely the best shop in the Jewelry Exchange. Ned is amazing. I went in with an idea in my head about a necklace I wanted. I explained it to Ned, and he was able to draw it for me. It was exactly what I had imagined. I was shocked that he could make me that exact necklace. When I went in to pick it up, it was absolutely gorgeous! Since then I have purchased several pieces from Ned. He is always professional and helpful, and his work is amazing. He recently made me a ring for my husband. I had seen it in a magazine, and he was able to make me the same thing for a lot less, and it looked even better than the original. The store has a credit card which is kind of rare for the exchange, so I was able to take my time to pay for the ring and my husband loves it and gets a lot of compliments on it.

I got my diamond engagement ring from oceans of diamonds and they have the best price and best service. I would definitely recommended anyone looking for diamonds to go there. I shopped for a long time and they were the only one that really gave me the best price and service.

I have been shopping in the woodbridge jewelry exchange for many years now! The store within it called Oceans of Diamonds has been taking great care of my entire family with great pieces and even better prices! I highly recommend anyone to go to them for their jewelry! We took a ring we purchased out of state at Tiffany's to get sized at Pierre's Jewelry Repair....the ring was a square ring, which we were told you could put "shots" in to resize it. When we asked Pierre's about it they took our ring and started to hammer it without telling us...when we asked what they were doing they handed the ring back mis-shaped and full of marks from the pliers. They then REFUSED to admit they were wrong, they stated they were doing us a FAVOR and too bad. They refused to replace the ring even with our receipt from Tiffany's, it could not be repaired or reshaped back to the original shape. We told them if they could not do what we had asked they should have told us and not take it upon themselves to hammer away at our ring. The ring was only $125 we were not asking them for more than we paid for a ring that they took it upon themselves to destroy.

The Woodbridge Jewelry Exchange consists of tons of small jewelry stores and some not so small. I found it very annoying when I walked in because there were tons of people trying to peddle jewelry and when I told them we were looking for a hammer banged wedding ring for my fiance (husband) they would show me a bunch of rings because they either did not know what I meant or did not carry it. But the Diamond Castle in the Jewelry Exchange was great. This is a good place to shop around.

This is a hugh place that literally carries millions of dollars in jewelry. I have purchased here many times and the great thing about it is that you can compare prices right there and bargain for the best deal. The jewelry is good quality and they have everything from high end diamonds to inexpensive
stuff.

The shop carries almost all variety of jwellery starting from anklet to earing, piercing ornaments to bangles..available in gold, diamond, ruby, coral, and lot more..
Bets jewellery store which also carries 18k carat gold..

The Jewelry Exchange is made up of individual jewelers under one roof. My family always uses the Diamond Exchange. The prices are excellent and everything is negotaible. If you don't see what you want, they can custom make it. We have had rings made into necklaces, bracelets into earrings. If you can think it, they can make it happen for you.

There are a lot of vendors, all competing for your business. It can be overwhelming. They do have everything there. If you are looking for something, you will find it there. The people can be pushy, it's hard to manuever around there sometimes on the weekends if it's busy. You can get a good deal if you know your prices, but if you don't, you can get ripped off. Just go there with an idea and with a firm price in your minid.
