Mane Stop Salon & Day Spa

I've had numerous facials and massages and all the staff was wonderful. They listened to what I was in need of and took care of those areas. I get my hair cut regularly by Krista and it's perfect every time. I've been to other high end salons and find Mane Stop's price to be comparable. I highly recommend them to my friends and everyone is always as happy as I am.

Their colorists don't know a thing about color. I was having my light blonde hair darkened to a deeper blonde, and sherri added ash to the color. long story short, she made my hair look gray, and I am in my later 20's. I went back a day later because I had complete strangers tell me how bad my hair looked, and she said that it takes several colorings before you can achieve the desired result.....NOT FOR THEIR PRICES, IT SHOULDN'T.

Although the shop has been a Haddonfield establishment for many years, the staff does not reflect a long-established salon. The cuts/services are largely hit or miss; I've had a colossal miss there and frankly wouldn't send anyone I cared for their way.

I went there to get my hair cut and for a bridal trial appointment, and they were fantastic, so I booked them to do my hair and makeup for my wedding. Then about two weeks before my wedding, I got a call from the hairstylist telling me that the shop had burned down and that I should make an appointment with her at Dennis James Salon.

I never got a phone call from the makeup guy, and I never would have known about the fire unless the actually hairstylist hadn't called me (probably because she needed the work).

Mane Stop has not changed their website at all to reflect the fact that they have no storefront anymore!

Mane Stop is a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The prices are a little higher then I expected, however, the service was worth it. The stylist was very good with my curly hair, which most do not know what to do with. There are a large variety of treatments to choose from. I highly recommend the seaweed wrap.
