I have never had a bad experience at this nail salon. I've been going for the last 6 months, after having to find a new place because the old place grinded my nails to the skin. Anyway, the customer service is good, my nails look great, and they are amused when I laugh through my pedicure. My daughter and I have also used their waxing services. I recommend this place to anyone who wants great looking nails, and a furrless lip.... ;)

Like most nail salons, the customer service is exceptional, but I do have a horror story about this particular establishment. I got a pedicure here one summer and the girl who waited on me accidently cut my skin while clipping my nails. I noticed some short time later that my foot really began to hurt. My toe (where the cut was) became so infected I had to go to a foot doctor, get a shot of novicane in my big toe, and wear a bandage on my foot for the remainder of the summer. It was a nightmare. Just beware of nicks and cuts in this place. If the utensils were clean, this probably wouldn't have happened.
