I had purchased a Lexus LS 430, in July 2009 from Jonathan Motor Cars. The experience overall, was smooth sailing. I had one minor issue during the 1st few weeks. It was easy to schedule and I was completely satisfied. I have recommended other buyers to consider Jonathan as a better alternative vs. Authorized dealers. We can both agree, there is no no opportunity to save at large mega dealers such as Lexus or BMW in Mt. Laurel.
Of all the car dealerships that I have tried, this one is by far the best. They are not pushy, everybody's laid back, so you feel comfortable knowing that they are giving you an honest answer. I have had my car for awhile now, and have experienced no problems. If you want a vehicle that is in great condition and is mechanically sound, this is the first place to go.
If you want to buy a car in an environment that not pressuring or abrasive, this is the place. I bought a BMW from them recently, and they were so helpful in getting me whatever I needed. The car was flawless, plus I got floor mats, a full detail, and tires for free. The people there were extremely nice as well. In terms of car dealerships this place is a breath of fresh air. There are no worries, they guarantee inspection, and they put the money into the car so the customer doesn't have to.
If you are consider doing business with this dealer, I sincerely urge you to have the vehicle checked by another mechanic. I brought a beautiful car from them ... but I have had problems and later found out that they were not completely honest when selling the car. Being a Christian owned business is what hurt the worse. They didn't even try to rectify most of the problems. There were bad tires and bad breaks, and the car was in need of an alignment. They were aware of all this and failed to disclose when the car was purchased. My decision would have been different had I known.
