Ginza in EHT was the first Japanese style steakhouse in the area (besides one at Caesar's Hotel/Casino in Atlantic City that was $$$) and a welcome addition. I used to love Benihana, which I visited in my travels around the country, and wondered for years why there was nothing like it in Atlantic County (now they're all over the place including another Ginza a short distance from the original!). The food is excellent and the show outstanding. My son and his wife much prefer Ginza to Sakura, while I could go to either and be very, very happy.

The food here is delicious. They cook right in front of you like Benny Hana style. The chefs are all trained to do tricks with their knives and build the food into a nice presentation before they serve it. Everything is fresh and flavorful. Their prices are not bad. You can sit on the floor at low tables (Japanese style) if you want to have a private dinner, too.
