Highly recommended to anyone looking for new kitchen countertops. Dont waste ur time with others if your on a tight schedule as me. It only took me like 4 days from when they measured until the install which is very fast in my opinion.

Friendly service, compliant staff, low price but material looks quality, so many colors that we got lost in yard, very easy to get online price, went out of their way to please me as a customer therefore I am leaving this positive note. They even had Russian sales person for us so I did not have to translate for my wife, just terrific. Thank you for everything and this easy process for our new countertops.

Hands down the easiest granite fabricator to deal with. I created the quote myself on their website and it was actually fun, can you believe that? The quoting tool that they have is amazing and its the only company with such software on their website that ive found, and ive looked at dozens of fabricators in the tri-state area. So their website is very good, how about the service and material? Not to worry, they did not disappoint me in this area either. Top class customer service, I bonded with the salesman (lol) and he was always available to help me when I came in. The whole process is quick and streamlined, the longest part is actually walking thru the whole yard and looking at the colors beacause it feels like they have thousands of choices! Long story cut short, my granite (Cosa Esmeralda) was installed in 3 days from the day they came to do final measurements (in comparison to other companies that told me at least 7-10 days!!) and there were absolutely NO issues with the material or installation. Highly recommended, and ive convinced my girlfriend to use them for her kitchen, I cannot wait to go with her and look at more colors just to help her out and learn more about these beautiful pieces of natural stone from all granite and marble.

Reasonably priced & quick to do the job right. Two of my family members had their counters done here so I followed suit. Ask for Bob or Steve if you're using Ridgefield location, they pay attention to detail. Commendable that they let you pick the exact way your counter will be cut on the slab, the other place I visited did not give that personalized option. In conclusion, I would shop here again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

I am a very picky person with particular tastes which made me hesitant when it came time to redo my kitchen. I went to several other places before going to All Granite and marble and nothing jumped out at me. I became slightly discouraged but then a friend told me about this company.

When I say they have a lot of stones, I mean they have the most Ive ever seen in one place. Aisles upon aisles of different colors. I knew than that if I couldn??t find what I wanted there, than I wouldn??t find it anywhere. Finally with the help of a sales associate, I made my choice and before the end of the week, it was installed in my kitchen.
On top of the beautiful work, they also had great prices compared to other companies (believe me, I got a dozen price quotes before going to All Granite and Marble).

The bottom line is if you have doubts on buying granite or marble for countertops, go to this company for reassurance. For me, I plan on redoing my bathroom next and I know where I??m going for the vanity.

I worked with the South Plainfield location so I don't know if the different locations vary in service but my money was very well spent. I used the Imperial Coffee granite for my kitchen countertop and from start to finish i am impressed.

All granite (marble.com) did my kitchen last week and I have nothing but compliments for these guys. It was easy to get an estimate and the final price was a few dollars off after they came to measure. My countertop was ready in three days while other companies i visited said that it would take at least a week. My salesman Mike at Ridgefield was courteous and did not mind walking with us for almost two hours around their yard to look at and explain every stone (they have hundreds of them, biggest selection ive seen) in the freezing cold as we are very picky. I went with Altair which looks like a work of art and I cant stop admiring it. They let me pick exactly how I want my countertop cut on the slab and thats what was delivered to me. Only minor issue was that they were running late to come for my installation but when I called they apologized and explained that I was the last stop and things were a little behind in schedule and they would arrive shortly. They arrived about 15 minutes later and the installers were apologizing profusely which I gladly accepted.

Live in northern pa and had them come out gave us an estimate seemed really low compared to everyone. My biggest thing was if there was a warranty, the company said no,I also asked sealing it. & if it stained what i would do, they couldn't answer me we went with the counter top that fits on top.

Template person was sloppy and left debris and damaged my walls.

Granite was installed in a timely manner but the fit left a gap on both sides of my stove, between the stove and the countertop.

There were hidden charges in the bill. It went from $1345 to $1799.

You would do much better at a neighborhood company who would be more responsive to customers.

We had our new Volga Blue countertop installed by All Granite and it was a great experience. The price was significantly lower than any other company that bid on our project. What I liked is that they let you pick your slab to use and the exact cut from the stone. We visited the Ridgefield location and their yard is huge, we spent a few hours just walkin around and checkin out the selection. There was a slight language barrier with the installers but no big deal, those guys were courteous and very hard working, the installation went smooth and without any problems. We recommend All Granite to all our friends that stop by and drool at the sight of our new countertops :)

Thought we had a bargin with the price compared to others.
There is always a reason...
Made a complete mess with the glue on templating with no warnings of covering things, brought no drop cloths to cover the new floor or drawers and items in them. Left trash in the sink base.
Arrived to install, and I had to make them take it out and grind the wall side due to not fitting and jaming into the new sheet rock walls, (cracked). Had sawn edge that showed clearly while against the wall which created the gap that would not allow it to fit to the next pieces correctly. Once ground the gaps were tighter and fit.
Did not follow drop in sink mfg. instructions to flip over and outline, measured for over an hour to fit, then still tight. (I've done these so I know how easy it is to flip over and create the template to cut which also allows you to KNOW where it ends up)
Cut the sink base supports out and broke off the back support completely even tho it sat against the wall and sink and holes were 2" away and 4" away. There was no reason to cut the back support at all. Cut front support prior to setting in place to measure also. completely removing any support to the sink at all.
We had to have the front rebuilt between the cross boards to support the sink and allow mounting of the false front. (they left holes that you could see through to the sink on bran new over $400 cabinet)
gouged the wall behind sink base while cutting where it did NOT need to be cut and fitting around window and refridg. were not correct. 3 days for repairs to be made by others while waiting for them to respond. needless to say additionl 3 days labor, plus repair costs and materials.
After several contacts and 3 reviews which allowed us to post pictures, we finally received a reply saying it would be taken care of after they received pictures. Sent photos and heard nothing for another week or there abouts. (I've got the messages so could figure out just how long if needed.)
Finally receive a call agreeing to pay for the damaged sink base with the receipt being supplied, and I'd let the other damages and mis-fits slide.
Traveled over 2 hours yet again, and they then dickered my husband on the price of the cabinet too!
He left with $300, not the agreed amount, I'm searching for lawer and more customers with bad experience to file suit against them. Since they did not stick to the agreed amount, now going to file for ALL damaged areas, down time, time spent to travel to their office, and all other incential expenses including lawer fees.
