Fitness City

I have been around the world as a professional strength and conditioning coach, coaching professional and Olympic athletes. After I grew up for a few years working out at Fitness City.

The owner treats you like family. The members are family.

This gym has everything one needs, but most of all it carries inspiration and motivation.

I look forward to visiting for a few days each year the great state of New Jersey and make it a priority to "go back home" and have a work out at Fitness City.

The products at Fitness City are high grade, health club quality equipment. The staff here are really experts and know what they are doing. They can point you in the right direction and make sure you get what you need. All in all I was very satisfied with the type of product selection and more importantly the great customer service that was provided.

This is a small gym, but it holds alot of machines. Treadmills and steppers are really close together, but on the plus side, they are really not that crowded during the day. So you have room to work out. The workers are nice and they know the machines real well.

Centrally located, clean machines and room to work out. Owner is nice and friendly. Never a long wait for any machines. Great place to go after work and meet friends. Lots of parking, I never had a problem with any of their machines. A great place to work out, highly recommend.
