Hop Hing Chinese Restaurant

The food is very fresh. Most people I have taken to this restaurant are pleased with the portions and the taste. Another positive is the price. If you don't mind the limited seating or if you want to take out, then I would recommend this Chinese restaurant over most Chinese restaurants in this area.

Hop Hing is a small chinese restaurant located in downtown Berkeley Heights. There are a couple of tables to sit down at to eat, but its primarily a take-out restaurant. It's been a staple chinese restaurant for many years and rightfully so. The menu is made up of common chinese items, but the prices are fair and the portions are as well. Everything from the Wonton soup to the chicken lo mein has a good, solid taste. You can tell it isn't the "cheap" stuff that other chinese restaurants use in their food.
