Please don't buy a puppy from a pet shop, period. Due to having just lost my 13 yr old dog I was in a highly charged emotional state and I did buy a puppy here ... my mistake. Puppies bought here DO NOT grow up in a home, rather they are maintained as breeding farm animals. That's what the 'breeder have lots of land' sales pitch means. I live close to this store & have requested additional info about my pup. Not only was that never provided after I was promised it, the 'family owners' NEVER even speak to me when I did go in there !!! Not once has any staff member even inquired about the puppy. After they got my $1,000 for a pup that I could have purchased from a home for about $200 I am suddenly a 'stranger'. Lesson learned ... Please take heed and ask very SPECIFIC questions. The only difference between where they get their puppies from and a puppy mill is that a puppy mill has deplorable conditions in which the dogs live. While these folks are a few scant notches above that, they are in it to make BIG money, period. Ask them what happens to the puppies that are not sold ... In a typical pet shop puppy set up, they are euthanized !!! Google this stuff for yourself .... Please do not repeat my mistake !!!!

Wonderful store with wonderful employees...and their prices were lower then the big chain stores! I love going there, the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and they actually enjoy their jobs which is unusual in this day and age. I just found out it's family-owned too. The pets are healthy and the store is always clean. They even helped me take my dog food to the car. WOW!

I loved this store when it was at the cherry hill mall. everytime we went to the mall I would go and see all the puppies and kittens. the employees are nice and helpful. their prices are high though. they have a nice selection of dog toys also. I have not been to their new store. I sure do miss them being at the mall.

This pet shop was great while it was in the mall. It's even better now at its new location. The pets they offer for sale are healthy and well cared for animals. The store carries a wide line of pet supplies sure to please even the most discriminating of pet lovers. It's a wonderful place for Santa to visit at holiday time to pick up little treats for all of the good little cats and dogs.

This place moved from the Cherry Hill Mall, right acrossed from the mall now. I received a paper in the mail about the move. I like shopping here and even just to browse and see the animals. They have a large reptile collection, birds, fish, small animals like ferrets, food accessories, and puppies and kittens. This is not just an ordinary pet shop, it's clean and the animals appear healthy and well taken care of. Pet shops like this one come and go, and this one has been around for years.
