I've been a lifelong customer of Best Buy and probably will continue to be. Yea, it takes a long time to get an associate's attention if it's busy, but try going to Wal-Mart or Target and see if they know anything about what you're looking for. They've gotten better with phones, as they actually have an employee behind a little cubicle just there to handle phone calls. I love that they do price matching and more often than not are already less expensive than Target or Wal-Mart.

The customer service counter was slow and the people working behind it didn't care much for the word 'service'. When asked if I needed help moving my TV to my truck, two of the guys at the counter made rude remarks to me about 'needing help' as if I was some kind of joke to them. I called the manager over and told him how rude they were to me - he didn't seem to care either. I've never been disrespected as a customer, especially after laying down a large amount of money on the store's merchandise. These people are disgusting.

Question is, is anybody home at Best Buy in Princeton? I tried calling over and over an over, and nobody answers. I can't go over there right now and so I actually need to speak with someone by phone...
was just wondering if everyone is on break all at once or if there is just a great big party going on...

I have found some amazing deals at this place. If you do your homework and know what you are looking for and have checked prices online - this is the place to check out before buying. In all likelihood you will find the best deal here.
I've found deals not advertised (not as far as I could tell) in the paper or anywhere just by walking into the store. Luckily they were always on items I've been looking to purchase.
So far we have purchased our digital camera and printer, a new PC, and a portable TV DVD system. And I got them all at the best prices around.
It can be hard to get the attention of a sales assistant if it's busy. Or you can get an annoying one that seems to have a vested interest in selling you a particular item BUT if you go in knowledgeable you can't NOT get a good deal.
PROS: GREAT prices and rebates
CONS: Sometimes have to wait a long while for help

Best Buy has everything you need for today's digital lifestyle. from music, movies, electronics, TV's, DVD players, laptops, PC's etc..you name it and they probably carry it. also their prices aren't bad.
they always have specials on new releases for both music and DVD movies. I recently bought the new Red Hot Chili Peppers cd for $12 bucks when it was offered for $15-17 bucks elsewhere. good deal.
