I almost didn't allow my son to attend Little Munchkins-Williamstown due to these few bad reviews. I'm glad I decided to draw my own conclusions, based on my own experience and observations. Sean has only attended for two weeks and so far I have found him to be well supervised, by adults who care about him and seem to have his best-interests at heart. I expect that there may be times where he could get injured (or bit) by another student, and that's the chance one takes by allowing "essentially" strangers (students & adults) at school, pre-school, or a daycare to interact or play with your children, in your absence. You assume the risk in an environment that is not 1:1 supervision, as it would be in your own home. And I would not categorize this service as "cheap" but rather "more affordable than others" for my one-income family. I can't guarantee that you will have the same positive experience here that we are enjoying. Your expectations may be different. I can say that you are doing yourself a disservice to buy into the hype in these "very narrow-minded" reviews and not to give these caring people the opportunity to serve your needs.

I had two daughters attend Little Munchkins and it was not the best experience for my children. I was limited to daycare facilities because I needed busing to the area school. I counted down the days until I didnt have to send them there anymore. The staff is very unprofessional, the facility itself was very dirty and smelled of dirty diapers. The staff screams and hollers at the children. I agree with another post, they did have favorites and luckly my girls were liked. I would never ever recommend this day care. I think the state should come in and shut them down.

I also used to work at little munchkins day care. the staff is very "clickish." Whenever there was a new hire, she would basically have to "prove" herself and it was touch and go as to weather you were in or out of the group that week. this affected the children. it is true that they sit in the baby room and watch soaps. rarely is there an appropriate show on for the babies. there was one obese woman in particular who almost never left her chair and was always sweating all over the children. honestly whoever she was holding just smelled after she was done. there was also a teacher that wouldn't let this one child off of his mat at nap time, as he would ask to go to the bathroom alot. the child's bathroom is unisex and grossly unsupervised. if you send your baby there, they will develop a daiper rash. i had a child throw up and when i asked for assistance, i had another teacher roll her eyes at me. i now have a child and would never ever send him to any daycare. frankly, they scared me away from any day care. oh and by the way, if you are satisfied with your experience there, your child must be one of the favorites. because yes, they play favorites. i know this from an insiders perspective.

Since day one that I have been going to Little Munchkins the staff and owner has been nothing but friendly. My son has been there for a little over three months and is stationed in the baby room. The staff is great with my son and I always get written feedback daily as well as verbal on my son's progress. My son is always in a good mood when I pick him up as though he had a very good day. Just like any other parent I had felt nervous leaving my child with strangers, in less then three months I had felt confident with the Little Munchkin staff with taking care of my son. This is a very family oriented operated facility. I would recommend it and the prices are affordable then most of the day cares in the South Jersey area.

I worked there for a little over a month, and the director and the people working there are very unorganized and not friendly. I didn't feel safe bringing my son there without me being there at all.

When I visited this place it was very disturbing the way I heard the OWNER talk to a child who had bitten another. Older children were running around with out supervision and the teachers in the baby room were just sitting watching tv. frightening!

PROS: cheap? but theres a reason why!
CONS:
