Gaetano's Beauty Salon

0 stars would not be low enough to rate this salon (even though my rating has 1 star since it wouldn't allow me to post otherwise). I called gaetanos after my regular hair stylist had to cancel my appointment and the girl at the front desk told me they had an opening after I explained I needed both a cut and color. When I finally arrived at gaetanos the man that was supposed to cut my hair called the girl at the front desk over to tell her my hair was too long and that he wouldn't be able to cut it today so she proceeded to ask if I wanted to reschedule for another day. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever gone and their employees should learn to handle customers more appropriately or at least learn some fcking manners. No wonder why everyone else in the Bridgewater area gets their hair done at Splash even though its double the price. I would pay triple the price to avoid something that embarrassing happening again. So Mr. Gaetano if you ever happen to read this I think you should educate your employee's on handling customers. Double 0 stars for the WORST customer service I HAVE EVER HAD.

I have found my new favorite salon! I've been to other salons in the area and this one is by far the best environment and most friendly staff I have come across. Not to mention the amazing work they do. The young lady that made my appointment was so nice and pleasant to talk to. They do great work and make you feel like you are part of their family. If you are looking to get a great cut/color in a welcoming environment then this is the place for you!

Very welcoming...got an appointment the same day I called. Rose cut my hair and I am very pleased! She listened to what I wanted and took her time to give me different ways I could style the cut. ..would highly recommend!

This is a nice full service salon offering a wide range of services. I have gotten a haircut there when my stylist was unavailable and they did a pretty good job. I was less pleased with an upstyle hair trial I received before my wedding and I didn't opt to use them for my wedding day. The shop is clean and welcoming and they offer a wide variety of services, from basic haircutting and styling to waxing and facials. Prices are in line with the average prices for the area - a woman's haircut runs approximately $50.
